Having realized and abided, the sphere of infinite space, the sphere of infinite consciousness, the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, having realized the cessation of perception and feeling and abided. The eight spheres of mastery are: white, red, yellow, blue, ugly, not ugly, good, bad. The nine gradual abidings are: non-conceptualization, joy, happiness, equanimity, the sphere of infinite space, the sphere of infinite consciousness, the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, the cessation of attainment. The ten spheres of totality are: totality white sphere, totality red sphere, totality yellow sphere, totality blue sphere, totality earth sphere, totality water sphere, totality fire sphere, totality wind sphere, totality space sphere, totality consciousness sphere. The three realms of sentient beings are: the desire realm, the form realm, the formless realm. In the desire realm, there are twenty kinds of sentient beings: eight hot hells, eight cold hells. The neighboring sentient hells, one or two or first arise from their respective causes. Among animals, the realm of water and different skies. The pretas are in the palace of the Dharma King Yama. The four continents of humans are: Godhaniya, Kurava, Videha, Jambudvipa. The six heavens of desire are: the four great kings, the thirty-three, the heaven free from strife, Tushita, the heaven of delight in transformation, the heaven of control over the transformations of others. The seventeen heavens of the form realm are: Brahma, Great Brahma, Brahma attendant. In the second dhyana, there are: Limited Light, Immeasurable Light, Clear Light. In the third dhyana, there are: Limited Virtue, Increasing Virtue, Total Virtue. In the fourth dhyana, there are: Cloudless, Merit-born, Great Fruit.
