By preventing ordinary conceptualizations, and realizing things as illusory, do not be afraid of the appearances that arise from habits, and do not try to eliminate them. If, like those Yogācārins who say that even the Buddha blessed the infinite appearances, what is the use of abandoning these appearances? Its result is that it is said, "Whatever and whatever it is, those," etc., meaning the power of not eliminating appearances. A jewel with various shapes is like pure crystal, because it can appear in the color and shape of any condition. Merit is the collection of wisdom that purifies obscurations and the intention to benefit. So, what is good? Because the collection of merit is distinguished from temporary things. The wisdom of the Buddha is the four wisdoms, and in order to obtain them, one should strive diligently. Summarized and explained with the intention of benefiting others, I confess here if there are any mistakes. Therefore, one should not slander the noble ones, and may the wise ones forgive me. By this immaculate virtue, like the autumn moon, may I quickly meet with the noble Nāgārjuna, Āryadeva, and others, and be satisfied with the nectar of their teachings. In order to gradually guide beings, may I strive to benefit all beings. The commentary extracted from all the essence of wisdom, written by the teacher Bodhibhadra, is complete. The Indian abbot Śāntibhadra and the translator bhikṣu Dharmajñāna translated, proofread, and finalized it. Explanation of "Collected from All the Essence of Wisdom". Bodhibhadra.
