From "How to completely dedicate the giving to the Omniscient Wisdom, making it the Perfection of Giving," to "How to completely dedicate wisdom to the Omniscient Wisdom, making it the Perfection of Wisdom," this is asking about the method of how to purify the three circles of giving and so forth, and how to make them become perfections. The Blessed One said: "O Delightful One, giving that is completely dedicated to the Omniscient Wisdom in a non-dual manner is the Perfection of Giving." From this, "Wisdom that is completely dedicated to the Omniscient Wisdom in a non-arising manner and a non-apprehending manner is the Perfection of Wisdom." Up to this point, it is taught that when practicing giving and so forth, in ultimate truth, all phenomena are without arising and without apprehension, thus being of one taste in emptiness. By realizing non-duality, one does not grasp at the characteristics of the giver, the receiver, and the object of giving, and then, in conventional truth, if one completely dedicates it to the Omniscient Wisdom, it will become a perfection. Asked: "Blessed One, how does giving that is completely dedicated to the Omniscient Wisdom in a non-dual manner, a non-arising manner, and a non-apprehending manner become the Perfection of Giving?" From this, "How does wisdom that is completely dedicated to the Omniscient Wisdom in a non-dual manner, a non-arising manner, and a non-apprehending manner become the Perfection of Wisdom?" Up to this point, it is said that in ultimate truth, all phenomena are without arising and without apprehension, so one should realize non-duality. If one practices giving and so forth with the three circles completely purified, it will become a perfection. How does one practice to make it become a perfection? This is Delightful One asking the Blessed One. The Blessed One said: "From the manner in which form is non-dual," to "By the manner in which unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment is non-dual." Up to this point, it is said that all phenomena from form and so forth up to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment are of one taste in emptiness in ultimate truth, two

If one can realize non-duality, then in the conventional truth, the perfections such as generosity, which are fully endowed with all aspects of omniscience, will be accomplished. This is what is being explained. Ananda asked the Blessed One, "How is it that form is not two?" and so on, up to "How is it that unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment is not two?" In order to explain in detail which dharmas are empty in the nature of non-duality, and how to understand the meaning of non-duality, Ananda inquired of the Blessed One. The Blessed One replied, "Like form is empty of form. Why is that? Because form and the perfections are not two; they are indivisible." And so on, up to "Unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment is empty of unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Why is that? Because unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment and the perfections are not two; they are indivisible." This is the answer to Ananda's question, "How is it that they are not two?" From the perspective of ultimate truth, all dharmas, from form and so on up to unsurpassed enlightenment, are empty of their own nature. The perfections are also empty of their own nature. For those things that are empty of their own nature and have the same taste, one should not distinguish and cling to duality. Therefore, one should not cling to the characteristics of these dharmas. By performing generosity and so on in a way that the three spheres are completely pure, the perfections will be accomplished. This is what is being explained. Ananda, therefore, the foremost practice of these five perfections is the perfection of wisdom, and so on, up to the foremost practice of all aspects of omniscience is the perfection of wisdom. Therefore, realizing that all dharmas are empty of their own nature and non-dual in ultimate truth, and performing generosity and so on in a way that the three spheres are completely pure, is the perfection of wisdom. Therefore, the perfection of wisdom is the foremost practice of the five perfections and all the Buddha's teachings.

Yes, this is a special praise of the merits of the Perfection of Wisdom, summarizing and explaining the previously stated meaning. Joyful one, for example, when seeds are sown on the great earth, if the causes and conditions come together, they will grow, and the great earth is the place for them. Relying on this great earth, those seeds will grow. Similarly, relying on the Perfection of Wisdom, from "these five perfections grow" to "all-knowingness itself grows," the Perfection of Wisdom is the example of the arising and growth of all the Buddha's teachings, taken from the great earth. Therefore, the Perfection of Wisdom is shown to be the main cause of all the Buddha's teachings. Joyful one, from "relying on all-knowingness, the five perfections grow" to "relying on all-knowingness, all-knowingness itself grows," if one relies on the fruit accomplished by the Perfection of Wisdom, all-knowingness itself, as the object to be focused on, then all the Buddha's teachings will grow. Joyful one, therefore, the Perfection of Wisdom itself is what accomplishes these five perfections, up to the accomplishment of all-knowingness itself. The Perfection of Wisdom is the leader, guide, and accomplisher of all the Buddha's teachings. This is a summary and explanation of the previously stated meaning. Then, the lord of the gods, Indra, said to the Blessed One, "Blessed One, the qualities of the Perfection of Wisdom spoken by the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, which I have heard from the Blessed One, how much merit is there for any son or daughter of good family who holds, keeps, reads, comprehends, and properly attends to this Perfection of Wisdom, and the Perfection of Wisdom...
