and things called without aspiration, do not fully conceive. Things called solitary and not solitary, do not fully conceive. For example, Shariputra, the noble son, the great being, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, does not fully conceive of these dharmas in this way, by way of conception. He said: "Venerable Subhuti, why do you say that the unbornness of form is not form? The unbornness of feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness is not consciousness." Venerable Subhuti, why do you say that the spheres, realms, dependent origination, and perfections, all emptinesses, and the dharmas of the path to enlightenment, the meditations, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the powers of the Tathagata, the fearlessnesses, the individual perfect knowledges, and the uncommon dharmas of the Buddha, the unbornness of all-aspects-wisdom is not all-aspects-wisdom?" Subhuti said: "Venerable Shariputra, form is empty of form; whatever is empty is not form, because it is unborn. Venerable Shariputra, therefore, the unbornness of form is not form. Venerable Shariputra, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness are empty of consciousness; whatever is empty is not consciousness, because it is unborn. Venerable Shariputra, therefore, the unbornness of consciousness is not consciousness. Venerable Shariputra, the spheres, realms, and dependent origination are empty of dependent origination; whatever is empty is not dependent origination, because it is unborn.
