Those sentient beings who are blind, thinking that they may see forms with their eyes, should train in the Perfection of Wisdom. Similarly, thinking that the deaf may hear sounds with their ears; thinking that the insane may regain their memory; thinking that the naked may obtain clothes; thinking that the hungry sentient beings may have their bodies fully nourished; thinking that the thirsty sentient beings may be free from thirst; thinking that sentient beings born into wrong views may be completely liberated from all wrong views and obtain a human body; thinking that those with broken morality may be established in the aggregate of morality; thinking that those who are not in meditative equipoise may be established in the aggregate of concentration; thinking that those with corrupted wisdom may be established in the aggregate of wisdom; thinking that those who are not liberated may be established in the aggregate of liberation; thinking that those who have not seen the wisdom of liberation may be established in seeing the wisdom of liberation; thinking that those who have not seen the truth may be thoroughly established in the fruit of stream-entry; thinking that they may be established in the fruit of once-returning; thinking that they may be established in the fruit of non-returning; thinking that they may be established in the state of an Arhat; thinking that they may be established in self-awakening; Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who desire to be established in unsurpassed, perfect and complete awakening should train in the Perfection of Wisdom. In all the Buddha-fields in the southern world, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, thinking that those sentient beings who have become blind due to the power of darkness may see forms with their eyes, one should train in the Perfection of Wisdom. Similarly, thinking that the deaf may hear sounds with their ears; thinking that the insane may regain their memory; thinking that the naked may obtain clothes; thinking that the hungry sentient beings may have their bodies fully nourished; thinking that the thirsty may be free from thirst; thinking that sentient beings born into wrong views may be completely liberated from all those wrong views and obtain a human body; thinking that those with broken morality

May those who have broken their vows be established in the aggregate of morality; may those whose minds are not at peace be established in the aggregate of concentration; may those whose wisdom is impaired be established in the aggregate of wisdom; may those who are not liberated be established in the aggregate of liberation; may those who have not seen the wisdom of liberation be established in seeing the wisdom of liberation; may those who have not seen the truth be established in the fruit of stream-entry, as well as the fruit of once-returner, the fruit of non-returner, and the state of Arhatship; may they be established in self-awakening; may they be established in the unsurpassed, perfectly complete awakening. Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should thus train in the Perfection of Wisdom. In all the Buddha-fields in the western world, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, may those sentient beings who have become blind due to the power of darkness see forms with their eyes; thus should they train in the Perfection of Wisdom. Likewise, may the deaf hear sounds with their ears; may the insane regain their memory; may the naked obtain clothing; may hungry beings have their bodies fully nourished; may thirsty beings be free from thirst; may beings who have fallen into wrong paths be completely liberated from all wrong paths and obtain a human body; may those who have broken their vows be established in the aggregate of morality; may those who have not attained meditative stability be established in the aggregate of concentration; may those whose wisdom is impaired be established in the aggregate of wisdom; may those who are not liberated be established in the aggregate of liberation; may those who have not seen the wisdom of liberation be established in seeing the wisdom of liberation; may those who have not seen the truth be established in the fruit of stream-entry, as well as the fruit of once-returner, the fruit of non-returner, and the state of Arhatship.
