Because it is known to precede all accomplishments, it is called the sound of Shangshang Te'u. Among them, saying "sound" is to understand that sound is the nature of showing meaning. Saying "tone" is to understand its expression. Saying "fame" is to understand the meaning of proclaiming in accordance with that expression. Because it is not to be surpassed, it is as pleasant as the voice of the king of gods. Because it precedes the victory over all demons and heretics, it is the sound of a drum. Because of praise, it does not possess all defilements, so it is not arrogant. Because of disparagement, it is not discouraged, so it is not humble. Because all treatises on grammar follow the nature of all aspects, it follows all sounds. Because it is spoken without forgetting, it is without errors in words. Because it always abides closely to the activities of those to be tamed, it is complete. Because it does not rely on gain and respect, it is not discouraged. Because it is free from timidity, it is not weak. Because it has attained freedom from sorrow, it is very joyful. Because it possesses expertise in all fields of knowledge, it is pervasive. Because it perfectly accomplishes all these meanings of sentient beings, it is enlightened. Because there is no interruption, it is continuous. Because it is well established in various ways, it is related. Because it abides in various forms of sound from one voice, it accomplishes all sounds. Because it is close to understanding various meanings from one, it satisfies all senses. Because it acts as promised, it is not despised. Because it is good at combining later times, it is unchanging. Because it does not speak hastily, it is not rushed. Because distant and near retinues hear equally, it is universally proclaimed. Because all worldly and transworldly meanings are transformed into scriptures, it possesses the excellence of all aspects, as the noble Asanga said. The twelve aspects of the three turnings of the wheel of Dharma The wheel of Dharma is shown by things and non-things. The three times of the wheel of Dharma that has not been turned before

This is the turning, suffering, the noble truth should be completely known. Completely knowing and so on, for each of these, because the eye, knowledge, wisdom, and intellect arise, so there are twelve aspects. Similarly, for each truth, three and twelve are in harmony, therefore it is said to be a turning of three times twelve aspects. For which sentient beings the turning is done, it shows the prevention of those existing and non-existing, therefore those sentient beings of the three times, in order to completely pass into nirvana from the realm of nirvana without remaining aggregates. Question: Blessed One, what is existent? What is non-existent? Answer: Subhuti, the two are existent, non-duality is non-existent, so it is said. It should be known that the three renunciations are the renunciations to be done. Explanation of the aspect of accomplishment of renunciation.
