It is said that "meditation" and so on. Entering the immeasurable is to practice the four immeasurables, and with the forbearance of omniscience, it is the perfection of forbearance, with the great vehicle of the perfection of diligence, the mind of the inferior vehicle is not mixed, with the great vehicle of the perfection of wisdom, there is no taste of meditation, with the great vehicle of the perfection of meditation, one enters into the four immeasurables equally, with the great vehicle of the perfection of generosity, one definitely guides sentient beings to the exhaustion of defilements, with the great vehicle of the perfection of discipline, one dedicates all of meditation and the immeasurables, as well as signs and characteristics, to omniscience. These have been explained. The order of the perfections is spoken of in terms of the actions of the individual who abides in the four immeasurables, and it should be known that such an existence is possible for him. Again, there are four immeasurables, namely love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, and each of these has three aspects, namely focusing on sentient beings, focusing on Dharma, and having no focus. Among them, focusing on sentient beings is established by four causes, namely closeness and acceptance, the antidote to disharmony, complete purity, and complete holding of the fruit. How is it close and accepting? Because it is close and accepting with three kinds of happiness, namely the so-called mind with love is abiding in the meaning of close acceptance with benefit and happiness. The so-called vast is because it is accepted with the happiness of enjoying pleasure in desire. The so-called becoming great refers to the meaning of the land of the first and second dhyanas with joy. Because there is joy in those two. The so-called non-dual is a synonym for the third dhyana land without joy. Because it is free from suffering, it is non-dual. The so-called immeasurable is because the fruit is immeasurable, so it should be known that it is immeasurable like the confluence of the waters of the four great rivers.

Therefore, it is said that it is because it possesses happiness and so on. Thus, this is just a brief summary. If it is said to be the antidote to discord, how should it be understood? It is called "non-attachment," because the opposite of being grasped by the unpleasant and grasped by the pleasant is the antidote to the mind of hatred. If it is said to be pure, how should it be understood? It is called "harmless" and "stainless," because it gradually abandons the stains of sleep, drowsiness, agitation, and regret, thereby entering into reality. Completely holding the fruit is called "non-harming." The ripened fruits of the desire realm and the form realm, as well as the fruits of similar causes, are all held by harmlessness as they are in reality. Thus, focusing on sentient beings is established by four kinds of causes. The so-called focusing on the Dharma is to follow all, that is, all followers, whether they are ordinary beings or learners practicing in the desire realm, the form realm, or the formless realm. What is Dharma? That is, those who are nominally established as sentient beings. Focusing on it is called extreme habituation, in order to become well acquainted with it. There are also two causes for having no object: that is, focusing on the nature of the Dharma realm, the supreme world, because in worldly Dharma, selflessness is the most important. The so-called reaching the boundary of the space realm is boundless and completely cut off, therefore it is without an object. What does a mind with loving-kindness do? Therefore, it is said in the sutras that it dwells fully and completely filling the ten directions with all things. It means that in all world realms, it is pervasive with the proliferation caused by increasing intention and increasing understanding. The so-called possessing should be understood as many, such as motherly love and so on, which are as infinite as a lotus. The so-called near perfection refers to the mind correctly approaching those objects, thereby eliminating harm to them. The connection of words and the language of

The reason is like that. For compassion and so on, it should be spoken of in the same way. Entering without objectification means that, just by knowing that intrinsic emptiness and so on are without objectification, one knows that all dharmas are equally abiding without distraction, and that knowledge arises in accordance with permanence, happiness, self, non-peace, non-emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, and the wisdom of non-objectification of the three times, and the wisdom of non-objectification of the three realms, and also those of the world with outflows, conditioned, and those not in accordance with this, also the knowledge of the yogi without objectification of generosity and so on, is said to be riding on the Great Vehicle. That sutra is this: Shariputra, endowed with life! The Bodhisattva Mahasattva is the one who knows emptiness, and is also called yoga without objectification, and so on. Entering with the purity of the three spheres is that, for the perfections of generosity and so on, one rides with the yoga of non-objectification with the purity of the three spheres, thus it is declared. That sutra is: If a Bodhisattva practices the Prajnaparamita, he rides on the perfections of generosity and so on, and that Bodhisattva does not grasp the perfection of generosity as non-objective, and so on, thus it is declared. Moreover, the Bodhisattva, holding beings without objectification, from the aggregates of form and so on, to the realms and so on, up to those that are not mixed, all emptiness, and suchness and so on, enlightenment and the Buddha, whatever those non-objective holdings are, because of knowing only names, it is declared that it is riding on the Great Vehicle. That sutra is: With the unmixed mind of attention endowed with all aspects of knowledge, in order to cultivate, cultivate, and well cultivate the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, with yoga without objectification, and so on, thus it is declared. The entry of clairvoyance is that, after obtaining clairvoyance, one ripens sentient beings
