One should also meditate. This supreme mantra is the main one, revered by all Buddhas. By reciting it, one achieves accomplishments. It is clearly stated in the Vajra Tent. That's it. Here, the close practice is that by holding the edge of the garment with this mantra, reciting it seven times and making a knot, one will not be afraid no matter where one goes in a fearful place. Tigers, thieves, crocodiles, lions, snakes, elephants, buffaloes, bears, cows, horses, etc., will not cause harm. 将以五蕴之身前来，以绳索束缚颈项，以铁钩穿刺，以乌 উৎপལ་（梵文：utpala，梵文罗马拟音：utpala，汉语字面意思：青莲花）束缚双足，将所要控制之人勾引过来，观想于足下，以婢女之身享用之。此后，极其强烈地施加影响之法：念诵度母真言七遍，涂抹于自己的双眼之上，进入国王的族裔之中，则国王及众人会视你为上师等，并完全受你掌控。此后，极其强烈地施加影响之法：念诵度母真言一百零八遍，将双面忿怒尊的头烧成灰烬，以红色母牛的酥油混合阿རྐ་（梵文：arka，梵文罗马拟音：arka，汉语字面意思：马利筋）的绒毛，制成灯芯，点燃后收集眼药。以此眼药，以及金刚日、金刚法，真实地供养，并以骏马焚香。将此灰烬与眼药混合，涂抹于眼中，则凡是被金刚之眼所注视之人，其莲花之舞自在力将会流失。若非如此，则我度母必定欺骗了诸佛世尊。此后，施加影响之法：对腹中的虫子念诵度母真言七遍，与金刚法一同进行，将其与肥皂混合后给予他人。如此行事，以此殊胜的施加影响之法绝不放过，将会像对待自己的妻子一样对待你。此后，将会极其强烈地施加影响：取未长牙的幼童之舌，念诵度母真言七遍，与བྷྲྀངྒ་རཱ་ཛ་（梵文：bhṛṅgarāja，梵文罗马拟音：bhringaraja，汉语字面意思：鹡鸰王）和牛黄一同制成，在额头上点痣，则凡是被注视之人，都会被你掌控。此后，再次极其强烈地施加影响之法：将大量油脂涂抹于自身，与禅定相结合，念诵度母真言一百万遍。念诵完毕后，用稻米饭团擦拭身体，收集擦拭后的饭团，给予他人，则此人在有生之年都会被你掌控。此后，极其强烈地施加影响之 法：在月食之时，念诵度母真言并进行修持，由此产生的世间自在天，将海螺粉浸泡其中。给予他人，则此人在有生之年都会追随你。

It will come with five aggregates. Bind the neck with a lasso, pierce with an iron hook, and bind the feet with উৎপལ་ (Sanskrit: utpala, Romanized Sanskrit: utpala, literal meaning: blue lotus). Hook the object to be controlled, contemplate it under the feet, and enjoy it in the form of a maidservant. Then, a method to exert extremely strong influence: Recite the Tara mantra seven times, apply it to your own eyes, and enter the royal lineage. The king and others will regard you as a guru, etc., and you will completely control them. Then, a method to exert extremely strong influence: Recite the Tara mantra one hundred and eight times, burn the head of the two-faced wrathful deity into ashes, mix it with red cow ghee and the wool of 阿རྐ་ (Sanskrit: arka, Romanized Sanskrit: arka, literal meaning: swallow-wort), make wicks, light them, and collect eye medicine. With this eye medicine, and Vajra Sun and Vajra Dharma, make offerings properly, and fumigate with a fine horse. Mix the ashes with the eye medicine and apply it to the eyes. Whoever is gazed upon by the Vajra eyes will lose the power of the lotus dance. If this does not happen, then I, Tara, must have deceived the Buddhas and Bhagavad. Then, a method to exert influence: Recite the Tara mantra seven times over the worms in the stomach, and do it together with Vajra Dharma. Mix it with soap and give it to others. By acting in this way, this excellent method of exerting influence will never be abandoned, and you will be treated like your own wife. Then, an extremely strong influence will be exerted: Take the tongue of a young child who has not yet grown teeth, recite the Tara mantra seven times, and mix it with བྷྲྀངྒ་རཱ་ཛ་ (Sanskrit: bhṛṅgarāja, Romanized Sanskrit: bhringaraja, literal meaning: king of wagtails) and cow-yellow, make a dot on the forehead, and whoever is looked at will be under your control. Then, another method to exert extremely strong influence: Apply a large amount of fat to your body, combine it with meditation, and recite the Tara mantra one million times. After reciting, wipe the body with rice balls, collect the wiped rice balls, and give them to others. That person will be under your control for as long as they live. Then, a method to exert extremely strong influence: During a lunar eclipse, recite the Tara mantra and practice it. The resulting Lokanatha will soak the conch powder in it. Give it to others, and that person will follow you for as long as they live.
