莊嚴。南方是焚香度母，身色黑色，身形美麗，以一切裝飾莊嚴，手持香爐。西方是明燈度母，身色黃色，令人心悅，金耳環搖曳生姿，手持明燈燈柱。北方是香水度母，手持香水海螺，天女身色紅色且燃燒，應當觀想於心輪壇城。這些都是一面二臂，以一切裝飾莊嚴，以金剛跏趺坐姿安住。這五位天女，稍微露出笑容，以嬉戲的姿態端正安住。如是觀想一切壇城之輪，以自心間種子的光芒迎請智慧之輪，以 ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ (藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文羅馬轉寫 jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，勾 吽 棒 霍) 等迎請於此。然後應當觀想東方門，金剛鐵鉤光芒白色，是金剛鐵鉤的持物，是極其悅意之自性。南方門是金剛索，極其令人喜悅，身色黑色，身形美麗以裝飾莊嚴，是手持金剛索之殊勝者。西方門是金剛鐵鏈，手中持金剛鐵鏈，以各種裝飾莊嚴，應當觀想身色黃色。北方門是金剛鈴，手中是殊勝金剛鈴，極其身形美麗顏色紅色，應當觀看善妙之身形。上方是頂髻尊勝母，身形美麗身色黃色，是賜予菩提果實者，持咒者應當觀想執持輪者。然後於心輪壇城之下方，是吉祥且光芒燃燒的身形，手中持蛇索，應當觀想身色黑色。一面二臂，是了知一切所知之對境者，以這些字種，幻化十位天女，是清淨十度波羅蜜多，能圓滿成辦一切事業。其十個字是：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文羅馬轉寫 oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，嗡 達咧 度達咧 度咧 梭哈)。如是身、語、意加持，灌頂，明點，微細瑜伽，念誦等等

Adorned. In the south is the Incense Tara, her body black, her form beautiful, adorned with all ornaments, holding an incense container in her hand. In the west is the Lamp Tara, her body yellow, pleasing to the mind, beautiful with golden earrings swaying, holding a lamp stand in her hand. In the north is the Perfume Tara, holding a perfume conch shell in her hand, the goddess's body red and blazing, meditate on the heart essence mandala. These are all one face and two arms, adorned with all ornaments, seated in the vajra posture. These five goddesses, with slightly smiling faces, are seated properly in a playful manner. Thus, contemplate all the wheels of the mandala, and with the rays of light from the seed of your own heart, invite the wheel of wisdom, and with JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, meaning: Ja Hum Bam Hoh) and so on, perform the invocation here. Then, meditate on the eastern gate, the vajra hook, white light, is the emblem of the vajra hook, is the very pleasing self-nature. The southern gate is the vajra lasso, very pleasing and delightful, her body black, her form beautiful, adorned with ornaments, is the supreme holder of the vajra lasso. The western gate is the vajra chain, holding the vajra chain in her hand, adorned with various ornaments, contemplate her body as yellow. The northern gate is the vajra bell, in her hand is the supreme vajra bell, her form is very beautiful and her color is red, look upon the form of the excellent one. Above is the Crown Victory, her form beautiful and her body yellow, she is the giver of the fruit of enlightenment, the mantra holder should meditate on the one who holds the wheel. Then, below the heart essence mandala, is a virtuous and blazing form of light, holding a snake lasso in her hand, contemplate her body as black. One face and two arms, she is the one who knows all knowable objects, with these seed syllables, emanate the ten goddesses, who are the ten purified perfections, who completely accomplish all actions. The ten syllables are: OṂ TĀRE TUTTĀRE TURE SVĀHĀ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā, meaning: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha). Likewise, bless the body, speech, and mind, empower, bindu, subtle yoga, recitation, and so on.
