Having transformed into nectar, it descends upon one's own body, and from the pores of the hair, one should contemplate the assembly of wheels and letters residing in the form of light. As previously explained, with the firm pride of the Bhagavan as the forerunner, one should continuously practice with joy and the order of gathering, until one becomes weary. If one becomes weary, one should gather the light and not emit it again, but rather contemplate the wheels and letters, as well as one's own mudras and shapes, and recite the mantra. The mantra to be recited is: Om Ara Pa Ca Na Muh (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་མུཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ a ra pa ca na muḥ,汉语字面意思:Om, A, Ra, Pa, Ca, Na, Muh). By the cause of practicing day and night: When the wheel becomes clear, and the pride of one's own deity's form becomes unwavering, all the scriptures that have disappeared, and whatever remains long in the world, whatever scriptures remain in that way, and all the languages of sentient beings, whatever skills such as patience and art, and whatever transcends the senses other than that, all of these will be understood with their words and meanings, and will abide in the heart in the manner of an image. Whatever direction one wishes to conquer, or whatever one wishes to accomplish, one will enter into it effortlessly, and even Indra, Maheshvara, and Brahma will not be able to refute or accomplish it. Without this wheel, wisdom will not become sharp, without it, one will not be able to grasp the dharmas in a subtle way, without it, one will never be able to cross the ocean of samsara. Therefore, by benefiting oneself, one should not abandon the practice of the wheel, and one should always practice the recitation of the king of secret mantras with samadhi. By this merit of mine, may all the beings of the world arising from the three realms become one with the minds of all the Sugatas, may they become like Manjushri. May I, separated from the assembly of many conceptual thoughts, possessing supreme bliss, quickly attain in this life the collection of great seal accomplishments. The practice of the Bhagavan Manjushri, called the Practice of the Stable Wheel, is completed. Translated by the Indian Abbot Viryabhadra and the translator Bhikshu Rinchen Zangpo. The Ritual of the Stable Wheel.
