Abiding in the state of power, I am the body of the Bhagavan Vajravidāraṇa, and also the secret essence of all Buddhas, namely Vajrapāṇi. Vajrapāṇi is the chief of the yaksha hosts, and Jambhala is also a yaksha. Therefore, since the chief is Vajrapāṇi, the command given to the subjects or retinue Jambhala is infallible. Thus, all the desires of the mantra practitioner will be fully bestowed by Jambhala. This is the definitive, expanding wheel. It should be worshipped and placed in a secluded place. This fully bestows all expanding activities and desires, causes the unaccomplished to be accomplished, and prevents the accomplished from being wasted. These four activities should be known as the function of the expanding wheel. It is complete. For the wheel of power, draw a red crescent moon shape, and in the center write a black Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and on its right and left, write a red Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) each. Encircle it with a round border, and write the heart mantra within it, and place it on a platform. Then, the mantra practitioner should wear red clothes and face west. Starting from there, contemplate with the thought of subduing so-and-so, and make prayers and so on. After that, one's own body dissolves into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the center of the wheel. From that, having completely transformed, one should contemplate oneself as Vajravidāraṇa. To accomplish the activity quickly, since the hand gesture is quick, contemplate that a red Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) arises from one's right little finger and stays on one's right side. Similarly, from the left hand, a red Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) radiates red light and performs the desired activity, and then dissolves back into itself. The mantra is also recited by oneself. At that time, one should also contemplate that the Bhagavan in the sky in front, as before, remains blessing and abiding for as long as desired. After the desired purpose is accomplished, gather the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) into oneself, and oneself also dissolves, abiding in the state as desired. This wheel can also be just samadhi. With this, one can summon all beings and liberate from all obstacles, and so on, mainly accomplishing these two activities. The sequence of the activities of power is complete. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Vajravidāraṇa, the wrathful one! There are two types of direct action: human and non-human.
