愚痴阎罗死主，一面二手持轮。嗔恨阎罗死主，一面二手持金刚。贪欲阎罗死主，一面二手持莲花。我慢阎罗死主，一面二手持珍宝。嫉妒阎罗死主，一面二手持轮。 左手亦皆转轮，以幻化及颅鬘为饰，安住于劫末之火焰中，以蜷伸之足践踏阎罗。一一之身有忿怒尊之众，具有次第之忿眉等，为无数无边者所围绕，手持无量金刚。如是明观之等持，能令智慧忿怒尊临近。吽吽吽。吽吽吽。 吽 班杂 卓达 萨巴热瓦热 班杂 萨曼达 诶嘿 诶合 德舍 匝 吽 班 霍 （藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་རེ་བཛྲ་ས་མནྟ་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི་དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཛཿ་ཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：हुं वज्र क्रोध सपरिवारे वज्र समन्त ए ह्ये हि दृष्य जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ vajra krodha saparivāre vajra samanta e hye hi dṛṣya jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：吽，金刚，忿怒，眷属，金刚，普遍，来，来，看见，札，吽，వం，होः）如是种姓摄集之大坛城等，化现忿怒尊而临近，以供养诸佛而令欢喜，安住于与我无二无别之中。以秘密真言之王而生光彩，以忿怒而宣说妙吉祥之名，以忿怒而念诵秘密真言之王。诸佛之忿怒身，以无量差别之生，三界充满忿怒尊，以金刚忿怒之军队，击败魔之军队，唯以杀戮镇压为事。化身应令临近，以金刚怖畏金刚等赞叹，如是稳固则转为力量。若等持不明显，则应作意专注之仪轨。诛杀劫末之怨敌，以调伏暴恶之心，于尸林剖开不驯之颅骨，内中书写阎罗之王，令其开口而极明显，下则断为阎罗之宫殿。十七个黑色“ཡ”字乃黑暗之浓厚，于无门如卵之内部，以意幻化具神通之影像。怨敌之识如风，若与命和合而入其中，则无再次出山之机缘，为阎罗所擒故不脱逃。于所缘修法者心之中央，从命脉之自性中，安置恶咒诅咒之轮，六辐等具秘密真言，于一切散布死亡之缘起。

The wrathful Yama, the lord of death of desire, has one face and two hands holding a lotus. The wrathful Yama, the lord of death of pride, has one face and two hands holding a jewel. The wrathful Yama, the lord of death of jealousy, has one face and two hands holding a wheel. With the left hand, he also turns the wheel, adorned with illusions and garlands of skulls, residing in the flames of the end of time, trampling Yama with stretched and bent feet. Each body has a multitude of wrathful deities, with sequentially arranged wrathful eyebrows, etc., surrounded by countless and limitless beings, holding countless vajras in their hands. Through such clear samadhi, the wisdom wrathful deities are drawn near. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ. Hūṃ Vajra Krodha Saparivāre Vajra Samanta E Hyeh Hi Dṛṣya Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ. Such great mandalas of gathered lineages, manifesting as wrathful deities, draw near, pleasing the Buddhas with offerings, and abiding in indivisibility with myself. Radiance is generated by the king of secret mantras, the name of Mañjuśrī is spoken with wrath, and the king of secret mantras is recited with wrath. The wrathful bodies of all Buddhas, with immeasurable distinctions of birth, fill the three realms with wrathful deities, and the armies of vajra wrathful deities defeat the armies of demons, only engaging in killing and suppressing. Emanations should be drawn near, praised with Vajrabhairava and others, and thus stability becomes strength. If the samadhi is not clear, then the ritual of single-pointed focus should be performed. Killing the enemies of the end of time, with the mind of subduing the unruly, in the charnel ground, split open the untamed skull, and inside write the king of Yama, making his open mouth very clear, and below, cut it into the palace of Yama. Seventeen black "YA"s are the thickness of darkness, inside the doorless, egg-like interior, with the mind, visualize an image with magical powers. The enemy's consciousness is like wind, if it unites with life and enters within, then there is no chance of returning to the mountain, because it is seized by Yama and will not escape. In the center of the heart of the object of focus and accomplishment, from the nature of the life-sustaining vein, place the wheel of evil mantra curses, with six spokes, etc., along with secret mantras, spreading the causes of death to all.

The navel wheel spins, and the spokes cut. Whatever is aimed at, sever the life force of the one to be killed. The empty space becomes like a flame. Cut that form into pieces with the wheel. Put it into the fierce torma, and offer it to Yama, the Lord of Death, inside the skull. Entrust the Dharma protectors, and send them back to their own place in peace. Send the torma to the south. Then stabilize yourself, and complete all the rituals. Know the differences between the common and the special, the concise and the extensive. The final fierce and short tantra, beings with wrong views are confused, obstructing the attainment of Buddhahood, and those who steal the life force of enlightenment, may this wheel cut them. Generate its power, defeat all the demons and enemies, pacify the attacks of others, may you attain perfect enlightenment.
