Tree, Singlding, Gambari, Honey-bearing, Sorrowless, Bakula, Victorious, Earth Sandalwood, Champaka, Sandalwood, Kidshuka, Palasha, Pichila, Chala Dala, Shara Sala, Tala, Granthila, Arjuna, Jambu, Bhandila, Rohini, etc. After carefully examining the good trees that grow in various places, the teacher, who is joyful and endowed with the yoga of all actions, should carefully protect the carpenter and his companions at night. The five offerings should be used to properly worship the lama, the Buddha, the Bodhisattva, the lords of the directions, and the gods of the forest trees, etc. After offering the directional torma, the carpenter and his companions should be fully satisfied with food, provisions, meals, drinks, Tazuula, etc. By praying to the desired deity with verses such as "Bhagavan Che Ge," they will be pleased. The carpenter and his companions should then sleep with the yoga of the desired deity and a peaceful mind. If a good dream is definitely seen, it will be well accomplished. All bad dreams should be pacified by reciting mantras. Then, in the morning, the teacher, who is fully endowed with all offerings and the yoga of the great Vairocana, should properly worship the king of trees in the form of the tree goddess residing there. These are the tree goddesses and field protectors: For the divine tree, Dwikesara, Champaka, and Sorrowless trees, the tree goddess is Secret Mother. The field protector is Mighty. For the Nemi, Shala, and Shara trees, it is the Mother of the World. The field protector is Great Mountain. For the Arura, Bata, and Ra trees, it is Ear-ringed Mother. The field protector is Extremely Powerful. For the Chuta tree, it is Ambika. The field protector is Powerful. For the Tala tree, it is Bliss-making Mother. The field protector is Upright Hair. For the Kanadpa tree, it is Beautiful-faced Mother. The field protector is Great Bell. For the Karanja, it is Karanja-dwelling. The field protector is Fierce Bell.
