The precious boat of the Sugata's teachings. Ajita Mitra Gupta. The precious boat of the Sugata's teachings. Ajita Mitra Gupta. In Sanskrit: Sugata Shasana Ratna Bhahida Dranama. In Tibetan: Called the Precious Boat of the Sugata's Teachings. Homage to the Bhagavan, Lord of the World. With loving-kindness, realization, and rich in scriptures, eloquent, Without weariness, subduing the mind, with disciplined restraint, the senses utterly pacified, To the Lama, I offer praise and explain the teachings. The extremely rare leisure, like a cloud, connected with the suffering of karmic consequences. With great faith in the place, love for beings, excellent discernment of the Dharma, and diligence, With respectful supplication, possessing excellent rituals, striving for equanimity, and excellent dedication. The supreme practice of yoga to be contemplated and accomplished, is the boat to cross the ocean of existence and peace. Like a turtle encountering a yoke, Like a mustard seed through a needle's eye, Like scattering peas on a wall, It is said that leisure is extremely difficult to find. Why is it that the actions of all those with karma, Tend to fall downwards as usual, And there, non-virtue increases, And even if not, it is difficult to practice virtue. Just as it is difficult to obtain this support, Just as difficult as it is to find, From this body without essence, Seek the supreme essence. Therefore, for those who wish me well, For the sake of accomplishing the meaning of a human life, Like a boat found after sinking in the ocean, Use this body well. This life is conditioned, Impermanent and with many causes, Likewise, without essence, The Lord of Death will surely devour me quickly. Body and possessions are painful, Friends will not follow, Helpless, alone, and miserable, Desiring the next world. Consider for a moment some lifetimes, Without turning away from afflictions, gaining confidence, Or not appearing to me at all, Why is my mind at ease? Therefore, with all effort, Disregarding the needs of this life, Like striving with fire on one's head, The wise should accomplish the meaning of the future. The ripening of actions, seen and unseen, experienced, Is the result of powerful karma with similar causes, Like sweet, sour, and bitter from their own causes, Desiring the unfailing connection of karmic results. In the nature of mind, like space, without obstruction, The clouds of various habitual tendencies churn.

. The continuous rain of maturity falls, and the crops mature afterward. All dharmas arise dependently, and the absence of dependence is its dependence, because the nature of dependent cause and effect is the connection between good and bad karma. Because it is infallibly determined separately, and because the small can produce the large, and because the past is still experienced, the wise should strive to accept and reject. Thus, the immeasurable suffering of karma and its consequences torments all beings everywhere, like the Soma plant in the flames. It is the change of action, the suffering of suffering, etc., birth, old age, sickness, decay, and death, separation, difficulty in protecting, seeking, etc. Like the auspicious black ear, the unpleasant smell and impurity, the co-born are always related to the close acceptance of suffering. Although fools are afraid of suffering, they rejoice in its cause. Whoever sees disease as poison, and abandons both after knowing it, is wise. The hard-won labor that is hard to find in many kalpas is well-obtained, like the Udumbara flower in a rock cave. This life that is obtained is also constantly unstable, like a stream in a cliff. The good and bad deeds of sentient beings are like seeds and crops. The suffering and torment in these places are like the burning heart of fire in a fire pit. This is a summary of the four places of Dharma that should be contemplated. Taking refuge in the Three Jewels, liberation from karma and its results, excellent manifestation of desire, faith and understanding, and immaculate intention are thus determined, with respectful diligence and without hesitation. Knowing the qualities of that and that, one sees the lack of aversion, etc., and the signs are experienced in the heart, and faith and joy arise from it. Because all things are a prelude, and the author is the cause, like a seed word producing a sprout, all dharmas are not scattered. What is excellent here, what is difficult to accomplish with it, and what is easy for others to do, is easily accomplished and accomplished. On the nature of sentient beings, Dharma, and Dharma, love, understanding, non-conceptual compassion, intolerance, manifestation without distinction, knowing the meaning, immaculate and striving. Seeing and remembering the suffering of relatives, the selflessness of people and Dharma, divided by reason, teaching, and key points, seeing causes others to enter and generate love.
