Transcending activity, ignorance is separated from meditation. Dwelling in this, the experience of great bliss arises, First, the experience of the emptiness of appearances arises, Like seeing frost, one also knows the nature of water. Second, the appearance of memory is not extinguished, Emptiness and bliss arise as inseparable, Like the state of frost melting into water. Memory dissolves into non-memory, dissolves into the unborn, Everything is inseparable, hence the oneness of great bliss. Just as frost melts into water, If one knows the encounter of all self-natures, Not held by bondage and liberation, not following the traces of memory. Like being bound by a rope, the mind is not obscured, If the rope is untied, one is liberated, the mind is naturally free. Like a crow flying towards a boat due to reaction, If one knows this, appearance is enjoyment. Like an elephant sinking when hooked with an iron hook, Like an elephant becoming lazy when actions are abandoned, Memory and non-memory, if one recognizes them, there is no harm. Knowing appearance and emptiness, one is free from conceptualization. Dwelling in arising, there is no separation, memory does not flow. Like recognizing the all-pervading lord of all enemies, Appearance dissolves into emptiness, like salt dissolving into water. Memory and non-memory dissolve, that is it. In the two births, there is no cause for birth. When the wisdom of encountering the unborn arises, Memory, without an object of mind, without a direction, wisdom arises. Like sparks flying, a self-igniting fire, The experience is inexpressible, like the four joys of youth. Various appearances, yet not transformed into memory, Like a slow-flowing stream, not transformed into earth's waves. One's own nature is clear, hence the remembrance of a lamp. Thus, the great seal, not shown to anyone, Like a bird dwelling in the sky. With the conduct of realization, not making acceptance or rejection, Like sentient beings, Patahari, without attachment. If one desires the fruit beyond mind, there is no accomplishment. Like a supreme medicine, containing Betaji within. Alas! Thus, those wise ones skilled in means, Increase and expand non-memory, the unborn. With non-memory, seal with the seal of non-memory, With appearance, seal on emptiness, With emptiness, seal on appearance. If memory and appearance arise as the taste of bliss, Then emptiness and non-memory are sealed by the seal. Appearance and memory, with the seal of emptiness, And when those who dwell in non-memory seal, Appearance and memory arise as the taste of bliss, Not measuring with conceptual meditation, transcending conceptual mind. Memory and appearance are pure.

In the unborn, cultivate and expand; in the unborn, seal with the seal beyond mind. By memory, the bliss of non-memory is expanded, so it does not fall into the extreme of annihilation. In abiding and birth, cultivate and expand, so it does not fall into the extreme of permanence. Everything transcends mind and is without birth and death; everything possesses the cause of great bliss. Knowing this, one does not fall into the extreme of abandonment. Memory is a thing of samsara; in the realization of non-memory, take abandonment as the path. Observe with wisdom, emptiness abandonment, and the self-illumination abandonment free from grasping and clinging. Meditate on the abandonment that is free from the two truths and non-dual. Where there is no memory, that is the supreme abandonment of meditation. If it is not indicated in the scriptures, it is not the practice of abandonment. Awareness remains as it is, and without memory, experience declines. Take the sign of memory as the path of non-memory. Bliss is taken as the path, transcending mind and without object. Without distinguishing between the two, bliss is constant and uninterrupted. Alas! Because of being free from experience, one is liberated from the two, grasper and grasped. That is when one can see the meaning of the Great Seal. In the ultimate fruit, the great treasure of jewels, who desires to abide in the Great Mudra? May one realize the stainless fruit. Thus spoke the venerable Saraha. The song called "The Treasury of the Body, the Deathless Vajra Song" is complete. The Treasury of the Body, the Deathless Vajra Song.
