།ཆ་གཉིས་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ལུས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྲུས་བྱས་ཏེ་ཆ་གསུམ་པས་མགོ་བཀྲུས་ནས། ཨོཾ་བུཾ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་པ་འདིས་ཉེ་བར་རེག་ནས་རང་གི་མགོ་ལ་སྔགས་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཆུ་གཏོར་ནས། །རང་གི་ལྷའི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་བདག་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ནས་ཁྲུས་བྱེད་ས་ནས་ལྡང་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་པའི་སངས་བཟླས་པའི་ཆུས་གོས་ལ་གཏོར་ནས། ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་གྱོན་ནས་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ་བརྗོད་ཅིང༌། ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཆུའི་གནས་ཀྱི་སྲུང་མ་གཤེགས་ནས། སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་ལྷའི་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་དེའི་སྔགས་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཁང་པའི་དྲུང་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱ། །དེ་ནས་རྐང་པ་གཉིས་བཀྲུས་ལ་རིག་མ་དེས་ཉེ་བར་རེག་ལ། ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ ཅེས་པ་ལག་པ་གཡོན་པའི་ཁུ་ཚུར་གྱིས་བགེགས་ཐམ་ཅད་བསྐྲད་ནས། བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཁང་པར་ཞུགས་ཏེ། ཡང་བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་པའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་སྟན་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཁང་པ་ལ་བྱུང་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གཏོར་ནས་ཉེ་བར་རེག་པར་བྱའོ། །སམ་ཡ་སྟྭ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ཕྱག་གཡས་བཀན་པར་བྱས་ལ། གུང་མོ་དང་སྲིན་ལག་ཙམ་བཀུག་ནས། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་འདིས་རྐང་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། ཅོག་བུར་བསྡད་དེ་སྨྲ་བ་བཅད་ལ། པདྨའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ཁ་ལ་ཡང་ཡང་རེག་པར་བྱས། དེ་ལ་ཧྰཾ་གི་གེས་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྟོང་པར་བྱས་ལ། བི་མ་ལོ་དྷེ་དྷི་དྷཱུཾ་ཞེས་པ་བརྗོད་པས། རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཨོཾ་ཨ་པ་ཙ་ལ་བི་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་པས་གསེར་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་སྟེང་ཨོཾ་ཨ་པ་ཙ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་པས་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་རིའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཚད་མེད་པ། མེ་ཏོག་དང་ཤིང་ཐོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དང་ནགས་ཚལ་གྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ། དཔག་བསམ་གྱི་ཤིང་གིས་བརྒྱན་པ། འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བར་བསྒོམས་ཏེ། དེར་ཧྲཱིཿའི་ཡི་གེ་ལས་པདྨ། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཨཱ་ལི་དང་པོ་ཨ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཀྵིཾ་རྣམ་པར་བསམ་མོ། གོང་བཞིན་དུ་གདན་དང་མཆོད་ཡོན་དབུལ་བ་དང༌། མཐེབ་མཛུབ་གཉིས་སྐམ་པ་ལྟར་བྱས་ལ་སོར་མོ་གཞན་རྣམས་ཕྱིར་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ཞབས་བསིལ་གྱི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་ཞབས་བསིལ་ཕུལ་ལ་དམ་ཚིག་མའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བསྟན་ཏེ། རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གོང་དུ་བསྟན་ཏོ། །འདིར་དམ་ཚིག་མ་ལ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སོར་མོ་རྣམས་ཕན་ཚུན་བསྣོལ་ཏེ་སྲིན་ལག་གཉིས་ཕྱིར་བསྐྱེད་ལ་ཚིགས་གསུམ་པ་བཀུག་སྟེ་ཕྱེ་བ་འདི་ནི་གནོད་སྤྱིན་མོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །ཨོཾ་བྷ་ག་ཝ་ཏི་དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཧོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལྷ་མོ་རང་རང་གི་རྟོག་པ་ནས་བྱུང་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བཤད་པའི་སྔགས་གཟུང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཞེས་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་བྱ་སྟེ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གོང་དུ་བསྟན་ཟིན་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་མཆོད་ཡོན་ལྔས་མཆོད་དོ། །ཨོཾ་གྱི་ཡི་གེ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་མེ་ཏོག་དང༌། དྲི་དང༌། མར་མེ་དང༌། པི་ཝང་དང༌། གླིང་བུ་དང༌། དུང་དང༌། རྔ་རིངས་དང༌། རག་དུང་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྒྲའི་བྱེ་བྲག་དང༌། གླུ་དང༌། གར་དང༌། སྒེག་མོ་དང༌། བཞད་མ་དང༌། རླུང་གཡབ་དང༌། །གང་ཞིག་བསྒོམ་པས་འགྲུབ་པར་མི་ནུས་པ་དེས་རྟོག་པ་ལས་བཤད་པའི་སངས་བཞིན་དུ་བཟླས་པར་བྱ་བའི་སྔགས་ནི། ཨོཾ་བྷ་ག་ཝ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་སོ། །གནོད་སྤྱིན་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང༌། མཆོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་བྱས་ལ། །གནོད་སྤྱིན་མོའི་སྔགས་རང་གི་སྙིང་ལས་བསྐྱེད། རང་གི་སྔགས་གནོད་སྤྱིན་མོའི་སྙིང་ལ་ཐུན་གསུམ་མམ་བཞིའི་རིམ་པས་བཟླས་པ་བྱ། ངལ་ན་ཡང་དག་པར་མཆོད་དེ་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་བ་བརྗོད་ལ། ཨོཾ་མུཿ། Tie it on top. oṃ bhu jva li svā hūṃ svāhā. Reciting this vidyā, wash the anus with one part of the three places mentioned above, then wash both hands and wipe them. For two parts, say "hūṃ" and bathe the whole body, and with the third part wash the head. oṃ buṃ jvala hūṃ svāhā. Touching it closely with this, sprinkle water with mantra on your head. Bless yourself with the mudra of your own deity's samaya, and then rise from the bathing place. After that, sprinkle the clothes with water recited with the nectar swirling mantra. Wear it as it is and recite the hundred-syllable mantra. In your mind, the guardian of the water place departs. In an instant, with the pride of the deity, recite its mantra in your mind and go to the front of the meditation room. Then wash both feet and touch them closely with that vidyā. hūṃ phaṭ Having dispelled all obstacles with the left hand's fist, enter the meditation room. Again, sprinkle the cushion and so on and the meditation room and so on with the nectar swirling mantra and touch them closely. Recite samaya stva and raise the right hand. Bend only the middle finger and ring finger. With this mudra, put it inside both legs. Sit cross-legged and cut off speech. Touch the mouth repeatedly in the lotus posture. Two or three times touch both ears, both eyes, nose, mouth, both hands, navel, and head, which is the ritual of bowing the head. Whether you bathe like that or not, it is fine. Separated from all attachments in secluded places such as mountain valleys, with expansive conduct and silence, approach the practice of the yakshini with the yoga of the noble Yama's enemy. For that, with the syllable hūṃ, empty all beings, and by reciting vimalo dhe dhi dhūṃ. Above the great ocean, by saying oṃ apa cala vire svāhā. Above the nature of gold, by saying oṃ apa cala hūṃ, visualize the immeasurable king of mountains of the nature of jewels, adorned with various flowers and fruits and forests, adorned with wish-fulfilling trees, endowed with the enjoyment of the five desirable qualities, pleasing to the mind.

Om Bhagavati Drisya Ho! Likewise, one should hold the mantra that arises from the contemplation of each deity.
