All sentient beings of yogic wisdom should always have a mind of loving-kindness. Give one vow substance each day, and do this constantly each year. Give sixty-four staffs, offer sixty-four tormas. In order to pacify all obstacles, and also to increase merit. Therefore, here the ritual of the torma for beings is shown.
