With impartial love protected, Towards the kind ones, think of compassion. These harm-doers are my mothers, In the past, they repeatedly showed kindness. Like madmen, they have no freedom, They will be tormented by non-virtuous actions. Remembering thus, towards the three realms, One becomes the ultimate great compassion. When inner and outer conduct is not harmonious, When wisdom is extremely confused, Exchange self and others, Remember the Bodhicitta. By this, the hosts of demons and afflictions, Are destroyed and become the nature of non-elaboration. With the practice of severing life, The yogi who cultivates, How does the Vajra Yoga, Purify and tame this body? With the practice of filling, from the crown of the head, To the soles of the feet, fill it up, With the practice of emptying, pacify it. First, rub and rub, Second, like churning the ocean, Third, kill the two, wealth god and deva, Fourth, this stretching and contracting of limbs, Shake the four directions and proclaim the three realms. If one cultivates with this practice, One will be liberated from all diseases, Thus, decline and old age, The Lord of Death, far away, all are destroyed. Liberated from the bonds of existence, One attains the state of non-elaborate wisdom. Having taken the pure four equalities, With galbanum, it becomes non-toxic. Turmeric and Haritaki, Dried ginger together with, Jaggery, butter, and honey included, Recite secret mantras and accomplish for seven days. The yogi who possesses firm vows, Should practice in the morning time. Abandon white hair, wrinkles, etc., The senses become supremely clear. The body's complexion flourishes, the skin is pleasing, The Dakinis bestow blessings. One attains the Samadhi of great bliss, And the state of non-elaborate wisdom. Vajra Bhairava With practice, Having pleased the assembly of Buddhas, From the conventional heart to the tip of the nose, Measure four fingers and place it in the central channel. Holding the life force between the jewels, It is seized by the purity of above. One should hold Vajrapani, With the palm of the right hand, join the vase. The eyes should look upwards, The other should not move, Not even as much as a hair's breadth should it arise. If an external circumstance arises, The Dakinis will punish it. By restraining the lower wind, the host of enemies is pacified, By pressing down the upper wind,

Destroy all smokes. By agitating the central channel winds, eliminate obstacles. The practitioner of this yoga will have clairvoyance of smoke and so on. Cut off all networks of discursive thoughts. Attain the state of non-elaboration. Obstructors of the practitioner's path, eliminate those obstacles. When disturbed by external demons, and when the body has awareness and self-knowing, when most obstacles arise due to illness, suffering, and stiffness. By meditating on the previous instructions. Just as when clouds gather densely in the sky, they are scattered by fierce winds. Furthermore, whatever obstacles of demons there are, dissolve them into the sphere of non-elaboration. Separate the support and the supported. Abide in the clinging itself. By familiarizing yourself in this way, you will become non-elaborate. With joy, bliss, and delight, symbolize the outer and inner secrets. If the mind's discursive thoughts have not subsided, generate courage on the path of sentient beings. Like a sesame oil sword that has been tempered. Destroy everything without obstruction. The words of the profound non-elaborate lama. Even if they have been absorbed into the realm of the mind. When shaken by coarse elaborations. Touch the mind with non-elaboration. The mind abides stably in the ordinary. At that time, elaboration dissolves into non-elaboration. Dissolving into the single equality. Terrifying groups of ghosts and demons, charnel ground corpses and so on. Emitting sounds of groaning, wailing, and weeping. All kinds of terrifying sights. Since there is nothing other than the mind, therefore, one's own mind flashes like a shooting star. By dissolving it into its heart. The mind and others, as well as non-elaboration, etc. Transform into non-elaborate wisdom. Or abide in the mind itself. Regard the cherished self as an offering. Unpleasant evil spirits and infectious diseases. Sinful dreams, transference, and so on. Planets and constellations, evil spirits, and so on. Illness and sorrow, suffering, and so on. Enemies and harm from the elements, and so on. Caused by humans and non-humans. All kinds of harm. Just like the illusion of a rope dissipates. Disgusting and clean, and so on. Hesitation and shame, and so on. Destroy with non-elaborate wisdom. Act according to the lama's wishes. Joy and bliss and delight, and so on. Satisfaction and pride, arrogance, and so on. Charm and pretense, ornaments, and so on. The nature of non-elaborate wisdom. Discouragement and laziness, incompatible aspects. Everything transforms into non-elaboration. Whatever unpleasant afflictions there are. Non-elaboration.
