ར་གྱུར་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒོམས་ཏེ་བསྐུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །བཀའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐུལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་འདི་ནི་སྔོན་དུ་བརྗོད་པའི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་མྱུར་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པའོ། །དམ་ཚིག་བཀའི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་རྗེས་སུ་སྐུལ་བར་བྱེད་པ། ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་སྲོག་གི་འཁོར་ལོ་མངག་གཞུག་གི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པ། བྱིན་རླབས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡུད་པ་དབང་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ལས་ཉེ་བར་བསྐུལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་བདག་ཉིད་བསྟན་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། བཀའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐུལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་བསྟན་པ།

应当如前观想转变为“Ra”的坛城并进行祈请。这部名为“祈请教令轮”的仪轨，能迅速成就先前所说的所有事业。名为“誓句教令轮”者，能随顺祈请一切如来之誓句。能极力成办一切与天神共存之世间的誓句、命轮、差遣役使等所有事业。摄集一切加持，在一切圆满灌顶的一切事业中，是名为“近祈请”之自性，此教示圆满。 祈请教令轮仪轨之教示。

One should contemplate and invoke the mandala transformed into 'Ra' as before. This ritual called 'Invoking the Wheel of Command' swiftly accomplishes all the previously mentioned activities. The so-called 'Samaya Wheel of Command' subsequently invokes the samaya of all Tathagatas. It thoroughly accomplishes all activities of the samaya, life wheel, and sending and employing of all the worlds together with the deities. Gathering all blessings, in all activities of all complete empowerments, it is the nature called 'Near Invocation.' This teaching is complete. The teaching of the ritual called 'Invoking the Wheel of Command.'
