I shall explain the seven activities of peaceful deeds. Among them, the first is offering and giving. In an auspicious place, clean the mandala, and make the flowers, incense, lamps, perfumes, and sacrificial food utterly pure. Prepare excellent food offerings as much as possible, and recite the respective Sutras of the Holy Mothers, etc., to the best of your ability. Make people happy with food, and especially offer gifts to the Lama and Khenpo, and make prayers. The ritual of offering and giving, this is the first. Second: The Activity of Torma Next, the activity of the Torma is explained. Then, on the second day, prepare flowers, etc., and as much as possible, excellent food Torma, white rice porridge, and one portion of activity Torma mixed with roasted flour and the three white substances. The mantra practitioner should wear Dharma robes, sit on Kusha grass, and face east. With a loving heart and a peaceful demeanor, give the Torma. First, the mantra practitioner recites: Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham. At his heart, from Ah (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城體：अ，梵文羅馬擬音：a，漢語字面意思：阿) arises a lunar mandala. With its rays, invoke all the Buddhas of the ten directions with their retinues, and as they enter into it, transform everything into a solar mandala. After that, visualize the wisdom nectar light of the wisdom offering torma transforming into the five transcendent qualities, and give it to the hosts of bhutas with this mantra. Visualize white light radiating from the letter in my heart and the torma, dissolving into the body, speech, and mind of the one to be subdued, transforming them all into loving-kindness and impartial compassion. If you do this, it is the action of the torma, this is the second. Third, the action of recitation. After that, explain the action of recitation. On the third day, recitation should be done. First, generate yourself as glorious Yamantaka, perform the offering ritual and dedicate the offering torma. In your heart, visualize the letter Ah, and from the letter Ah, transform it into a sun disc. On the sun disc, visualize the letters to be recited. Recite the mantra with the vajra tongue, and the letters transform into wisdom light, dissolving into the body and mind of the one to be subdued, and contemplate that they all possess bodhicitta. The mantra for that is: Om Yamaraja Sado Meya. Yame Do Runa Yodaya. Yada Yoni Raya Ksheya. Yakshe Yatsa Ni Ramaya. So-and-so, Shanti Kuru Svaha. This is the root mantra. Om Hrih Shtrih Vikritanana Hum So-and-so, Shanti Kuru Svaha. This is the action mantra, these should be recited. At that time, the Dharma robes and posture, etc., are the same as before, and everything should be understood very clearly. The action of recitation, this is the third.
