Meditate on the object to be subdued, cut it with a curved knife, and offer it to glorious Vajrabhairava. Then offer three libations and seven "Mamas," and worship properly with the five offerings. At the time of libation, one can obtain any desired accomplishment and accomplish it with black flowers. This is the offering to the fire deity who transcends the world. Accomplishing various actions separately: Then accomplish it from "Thatness" itself. For killing, mix poison, blood, aconite, salt, neem, and datura, combine them with mantras, and burn them. For the forehead, use the flesh or skin of a crow, owl, or snake, or lizard. For expulsion, mix crow's flesh, mare's pubic hair, and alcohol together. For delusion, mix blind man's ashes, mustard, red blind man's ashes, and gorocana. For stiffness, use cotton, mustard, blind man's ashes, and bezoar together. To make someone insane, use a hornet's nest and two kinds of meat. To disturb a city, mix equal parts of dog, frog, turtle meat, mare's pubic hair, and cat's blood, make pills, and recite the ten-syllable mantra. To control a king, mix equal parts of horse meat and feces. To control an ordinary person, use elephant meat together with bodhicitta. To control a woman, mix fish meat and alcohol. For attraction, use the five nectars. This is accomplishing various actions separately. Inviting the Wisdom Deity to Descend: Having thus accomplished the various actions, offer libations and worship with various offerings, and then invite with this mantra: oṃ jaya jaya sujaya viśvarūpa dhari gaccha gaccha svasthā। naṃ kṛta te tathāgata namaḥ। sarva bhūta visarjaya mama karya kuru svāhā. The fire god who dwells in his natural state should be requested to depart, saying: Om, you accomplish all the benefits of beings. Since you bestow accomplishments as they are, please depart to the realm of the Buddhas. Please come again. Thus it should be said. This is requesting the worldly fire god to depart. Having gathered the vows, then offer the torma with various kinds of fish and meat to glorious Yamantaka and his retinue, and then circumambulate three times from the left side and let them remain. Thus, having done these things, may all beings, through the virtue arising from these actions, be free from sin, increase in virtue, and become like glorious Bhairava.
