This is the mantra of (the heart). Om Hrih Krum Brum Trum Jum Hum Gam. This is the supreme essence. Om Hrih Ha Po Maha Krodha Agaccha Asmata Puja Pratigrihna Prasada Me Hrih Man Kuru Svaha. This is the mantra for inviting (the deity). Om Hrih Shtrih Ah Argha. Om Hum Hum Phat Phat. This is the mantra for incense and torma. Om Vikritanana Tva Damaka Kah Gah Gah Drih. Om Kumara Rupini Jah Jah Hum Hum. This is the mantra for flowers. Om Hrih Ha Ha He Phat Phat. This is the mantra for incense. Om Kala Rupa Sarva Sattva Damaka Ma Bhuta Pati. Im Dam Balim Grihna Grihna Paya Svaha. This is the mantra for torma. Om Digha Locana Vikritanana. Maha Attatta Hasa Nadini Dipataya Svaha. This is the mantra for lamps. Om Jaya Jaya. Vishva Rupa Dhari. Gaccha Gaccha Svabhavanam Kritate. Tathagatanam. Sarva Bhuta Svapi Srijaya Mama Karyam Kuru Svaha. This is the mantra for requesting (the deity) to return. This is the ritual for offering the wheel of command to Black Yama, the King of Dharma. Then, one should meditate on the mandala. From the complete transformation of the previous Lord of the Wheel of Command, it becomes a palace. It is square with four doors, adorned with four toranas. In short, it embodies the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, and the doors and corners are adorned with vajra jewels. It is decorated with nets and half-nets, and half-moons. In the center of it are mandalas of lotus, sun, and moon. In the corners and doors are also mandalas of lotus, sun, and moon. In the center, on a lotus seat, are the sun and moon transformed from Ali and Kali, and on top of them is a vajra arising from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From the complete transformation of these, arises the Great Vajrabhairava, black in color, a great wrathful one, causing fear even to those who are fearful, pressing the earth with the steps of his feet, making the threatening mudra towards gods and non-gods, with nine faces, sixteen feet, thirty-four arms, a buffalo head, fangs blazing like the fire of the eon, licking his tongue, extremely agitated, devouring gods and non-gods, his reddish-yellow hair standing on end, a great wrathful one, standing with his left leg extended, his genitals erect, and a large belly. In monasteries and doorways, there are eight goddesses who step on eight obstacles with their feet, namely vultures, owls, eagles, crows, magpies, blue magpies, kaka birds, and peacocks. These goddesses, in order, step on the female messengers of Yama, the female fangs of Yama, the black club woman, the time night woman, the vajra iron hook woman, the Yama rope woman, the Yama skull garland woman, and the Yama subduing mother.
