Chapter Six: Extensive Explanation of What is Called "Drawing the Wheel" Chapter Six: Extensive Explanation of What is Called "Drawing the Wheel" Now, the previously mentioned chapter on visualizing hand seals, tormas, and wheels will be explained. Then, all the Bhagavan Tathagatas requested the great Vajradhara, the master of all Tathagatas, with the king of praises that dispels fear, to please the Vajra Holder, with the yoga of the wrathful hand seal, how to seal with the Vajra hand seal, and how to attain great accomplishments? Thus it was said. What is the continuum of the cause? The Vajra Holder is the continuum of the result. Pleasing is the continuum of the means to perfect accumulation. Furthermore, the yoga of the wrathful hand seal is the generation stage. Vajra is indivisible, so how to seal one's own and others' continuums with that hand seal? And how to attain supreme and common great accomplishments? Thus they asked. Then, in order to dispel the third concept. The Bhagavan Great Vajradhara spoke these words: On the heads of all the deities of the mandala, meditate on Yama, the lord of death. Always draw the mandala. Always fill it with fire offerings. Always accomplish the vows. Always hold the vows correctly. Thus it was said. The deities of the mandala are twelve. They are of four families, and the lord of them all is the wrathful Vajra. By sealing the heads of all of them, it is called meditating on Yama, the lord of death. The means to please is to draw the mandala that is complete in practice, and to draw with the mind in the blessed field, and the latter is always. The fire offering is the inner self-nature, and it is always filled with the offering of the samadhi that purifies food. Vows are to be known and practiced. What is to be known is the manifestation of the distinctions of the five roots. What is to be practiced is Gokudahana and so on. Because of constant practice, it is called constant accomplishment. Vows are unsurpassed, and they are far removed from the worldly. Supreme is

It is the teacher's. (The teacher's) And it is the collection of others. To accept completely is to become stable. In order to obtain great accomplishment, the first is the vase empowerment, the second is the giving of the sword, the third is the vajra bell, and the fourth is the enjoyment of the moon. These four are great empowerments. Thus it is said. The first is the vase empowerment for the sake of the stability of the mind of the practitioner. The vase is to perform the function of holding water, and the empowerment is to perform the function of bestowing wisdom eyes, etc., so it is called wisdom empowerment. That is also with the five excellent vases, including the wheel-turning king, as the most important, because each one has become the Bhagavan, so it is the crown empowerment. In this way, the disciple's empowerment has been completed, and the teacher's empowerment is for the special benefit of others, and for cutting off all kinds of inverted views. Therefore, it is said that the second is to give the sword. The secret empowerment is the semen of the mind of enlightenment of non-duality and equality, which the disciple completely enjoys, as a sign of the lord of the sound of Bola and Kakkola, the vajra and the bell, which means that it arises from there. The moon is the nature of the mind of enlightenment, wisdom and prajna, which is to receive the co-emergent experience of all dharmas as images. Enjoying is to experience the mind with consciousness. That is also among all secrets, the fourth empowerment is to generate great bliss, possessing limbs, possessing vidya. Thus it is said. In Hevajra it is said, the first is the vase empowerment, the second is the secret empowerment, the third is wisdom prajna, thus it is said, the fourth is also the same. Thus it is said, decorating the seen meaning with the guru's oral instructions is the meaning of not needing the remainder. These four are great empowerments, which means possessing six boundaries, and making the moon the face of the wind is the teaching to the assembly. The previous arrangement was the teaching to the disciples. The first is to teach according to the literal meaning. The second is to teach not according to the literal meaning. The third is to teach with intention. These four are not to teach with intention, because these have completed the task, and will not find the remaining meaning, and master wisdom.
