Then do that kind of yoga. On the eighth or fourteenth of the dark moon (after the fifteenth of each Tibetan month), with the charcoal from the cemetery and water together, smear it on the discarded left-side clothing, or pierce it with a spear, or strike it with a weapon, or on the hanging human skull, draw sharp teeth born from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) with charcoal from the cemetery, as an ornament of a skull garland, with anger, hair burning upwards, right hand raised holding a long curved knife, in the left hand draw a Rakshasa holding a human head and making a threatening mudra, in the heart of the effigy made of unburned charcoal and earth and dust, and the dust of the footprints of the person to be subdued, put the mantra written on a palm leaf as before. Put the effigy smeared with poison and salt and deadly grass etc. into the second skull. After doing the summoning etc. for both, cover the written skull on top with its mouth facing down, thinking that it has caught that, stepping on it with your feet, in the cemetery at midnight, with anger, recite the imperative sentence "So-and-so, seize!" It will definitely be caught. This method can also be used to subdue plagues etc. Among them, for fever, it is red, red hair burning and standing upright. For cold sickness, it is white, with a drooping belly, both having three legs and three heads, three hands, with anger. This is called "Yamaraja Death Vajra Union." The previously mentioned practice ritual, "Yoga自在 million recitations" etc., what need is there to say, how could it not be accomplished? This is the meaning of "certainly." In the practitioner's Torma ritual, "every day" means "always." "Every month" means "every day of every month." "Every year" means "every day of every year." Connect it with "Offer sixty-four Tormas." When is it? In order to indicate the time, it is said, "finger" means one-eighth of a day and night is a finger. "What is that number?" It says, "Connect sixty-four." The meaning is, one day and night represented by eight periods has sixty-four fingers.

This is about the method of making yoga union. Starting from the first day of the waxing moon, the breath called "moon" arises from the left nostril, and it pervades for half a thun (a unit of time). After that is the transfer, appearing in intervals of eight half-thuns and then disappearing. It is the same at night. These are sixteen transfers. Each of these transfers is divided into fire, wind, water, and Ishvara (Great Power), and four kshanas (moments) are called "dbyu gu." Among them, that which arises upwards is fire, that which arises on both sides is wind, that which arises downwards is water, and that which arises from the center is Ishvara. Therefore, when From the center, when upwards, when also from both sides, when downwards pervading, moment by moment the breath arises, know that there are four transfers, and regard them as four dbyu gus. Just as dbyu gu, dbyu gu, bestow the torma (sacrificial cake) of excellent union and self-nature. Similarly, in the waning moon, know that the breath called "sun" arises from the right nostril. Thus it lasts for two to three chhes (a unit of time). Then, the fourth chhe changes from sun to moon. Thus it lasts for five to six chhes. Then it reverses again, lasting for seven, eight, and nine chhes. Then it is ten, eleven, and twelve chhes. Then it is thirteen, fourteen, and fifteen chhes, that is, half a month, where it first arose from, it finally disappears. The daytime situation is the same as the nighttime. Here, one can perform virtuous and non-virtuous actions, as well as actions such as going and coming. Therefore, for earth and water, it is virtuous action; for fire and wind, it is black karma. One must correctly understand the moon; for sharp light, it is middling. If one does non-virtuous deeds to the sun, it will surely bring death. If it happens to the moon, it will not bring great suffering. That is what it is called. "Always eat a little," and so on, these are said to be two actions of a yogi. The so-called "phud" is the first. This explains that one must satisfy the outer Yama, the Lord of Death. Or, this explains other special characteristics of the supreme samadhi of a yogi. The so-called "phud" is unsurpassed, just as it changes there, Yama.

This means that Yamari himself is the embodiment of wisdom. Now, it is said to show that if the guru is pleased, accomplishments will arise. What is said after that, such as "should be explained correctly," is easy to understand. All the necessary distinctions, that is, the things gathered such as rosaries, are distinctions. Where such is shown, that is called all the necessary distinctions. The difficult explanation of glorious Black Yamari, is the explanation of the twelfth chapter of the order divided, made by the teacher Shridhara. Twelfth chapter of the order divided, the explanation of all the distinctions of the necessary actions.
