Chapter Eleven. The meaning of "Encouraging the Essence of All Tathagatas." Chapter Eleven. The meaning of "Encouraging the Essence of All Tathagatas." Now, concerning the vows of mantra, what was spoken to the wise one starts from "then" and so on. Among these, "Vajra Purusha" refers to the supreme being who arises from the seeds of the vajra body, etc., which possess emptiness. It is connected to speaking after entering into that (Vajra Purusha). Among these, it is called a seed because it is both vajra and mantra. What arises from that (seed) is the wise being, and this chapter is spoken to accomplish that deity. Among these, the "Three Supreme Vajras" are: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). "Mahamudra" refers to generating and meditating on the deity realized through the seed mantras. The so-called "Wisdom Vajra of That" refers to blessing the mandala deity with the cause, and removing sentient beings from the mandala and placing them in their respective pure lands. Then, through the ritual of union, generating five syllables from the superior mind: Ho Om Am Hum Ho, in the lotus of the vidya. The nature of wisdom and compassion is between the two Hos. Subsequently, seeing attachment, the three syllables dissolve. Seeing that its light also dissolves the two Hos into the moon. Becoming a mass of that light, entering into that non-dual dharmakaya. If one does not enter into that (dharmakaya), then accomplish benefit with the sambhogakaya, and the four Matrikas, such as the four eyes arising from the four immeasurables, urge with voices, etc. The nature of the body vajra, etc., is the three seeds between method and wisdom, namely Om, etc. Among these, "Vajra born from all" refers to first, in order, to bind the boundary, marking the four corners of the lotus of the great powerful mandala with three-pointed vajras, etc. In that place adorned with vajras, meditate on (the mandala) arising from the syllable Bhrum (藏文:བྷྲཱུཾ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:勃隆) wheel. The meaning of that (Bhrum) is threefold: starting from the great powerful one, becoming vajra, then becoming wheel, and becoming the light-making palace. Thus, within that (light-making palace), from the white Hum

Meditate on the source of Dharma as the A syllable in a triangle. Within it are various lotuses. Above it is a vajra cross. Above that, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) arises (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) on a wheel. Again, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) and the wheel, transform into the form of Illuminator, becoming the union of father and mother. From that, a four-sided palace arises, with four doors, adorned with mani jewels, pearls of various sizes, and nets, etc. Within it, visualize nineteen deities, each seated on a lotus throne, etc., as described in the texts. Now, on the seats of the moon, etc., contemplate three syllables, displaying them on the moon, which are called the clear mandala. In that, clear means the moon, which is the Dharma mandala endowed with lotuses, and the vajra crosses, etc., from the wisdom body, gradually emanate (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) etc., which should be recited in order. Below, also with the so-called clear mandala, etc., the seats of the moon, etc., are shown to be clear. If it is said that Illuminator, Amitayus, and Akshobhya, etc., are respectively unshakeable, unconfused, and because of the non-self of Dharma, then their seats are confused in some places, if you think so, it is not correct, because it would become the same for everything. Also, if it is said that because of non-duality, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) etc., are confused and meditated upon for Akshobhya, etc., if you think so, that is also not correct, because it would become endless. Its place is said to be the first cause by the syllable (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable), which is transformed from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). The three seeds of method and wisdom are the essence, which is endowed with the nature of Vajrasattva father and mother, (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) etc., because they are the seeds that generate the body, etc., they are pleasing. That is the vajra that is combined with the aspect of the wisdom of emptiness, from which the cause and effect are the seed and what is transformed from the seed. By the samaya being who meditates on the three vajras, the wisdom being also becomes complete. These places are spoken of, solitary places, etc., in which the union is the nature of method, the vajra body, etc., is the nature of the result. The half-moon is the characteristic of time. Also, because it possesses the limbs of accomplishment, in order to show the special function of making it clear, the so-called clear mandala, etc., is mentioned, in which clear is the mandala of the moon.
