Because mainly the yogini who is accustomed to samsara, abiding in vows and precepts, proficient in the rituals of mudras and mantras, well-versed in learning mantras and tantras, possessing great faith, and also great wisdom, therefore it is said that it gives the siddhi of extreme accomplishment. The wisdom that has entered the Vajrayana for a long time is broad. Starting from mentioning twelve years old, until twenty-five years old. Therefore, she has a beautiful appearance and is adorned with a mount. Thus it is said. The so-called animal, if one cannot find one like this, then from twenty-six years old onwards, until one can freely control semen, it means until that time. A thirty-year-old can also do it. Others say that by obtaining a Naga daughter from the Naga clan, offering the excellent offering of reality, one can obtain the benefit of a supreme person, so one should observe during the time of mantra discipline and sixteen mindfulness, as well as practicing mandalas and so on. The nature of the Buddhas arises from the Dharmadhatu, that is, the nature of the Buddhas arises. There, being free from all harm, for the sake of peace, it is a peaceful place of virtue, that is, a place for meditating on the characteristics of the three samadhis. "To smear" or, as some say, it means to be certain. If non-existence is possible, then by mind, or if existence is possible, there are also burning and so on, which is another saying. "As a cause for offering to the Buddhas" means that it is said to negate acting for oneself. As it is said: "Smearing with good sandalwood and so on, arranging fragrant flowers, is the best offering, a place of meditative bliss."
