Chapter Sixteen: Explanation of the Tantra Called "Vajra Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment, Which Shows the Mandala of All Accomplishments." Chapter Sixteen: Explanation of the Tantra Called "Vajra Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment, Which Shows the Mandala of All Accomplishments." For the sake of achieving self-accomplishment and empowering disciples, Chapter Sixteen was spoken for the purpose of drawing, beginning with "Thereafter," etc. Furthermore, "gathering" refers to the sequence spoken in Chapter Four. "With Vajra words" means praying with words such as, "The Tathagatas are all peaceful." "All Tathagatas" refers to permanence, etc. The assembly of Vajra Jewel offerings refers to the ten goddesses, etc. "Offerings have been made" means that offerings are made because many emanations are filled from their respective seed syllables. Thereafter, the mandala of the body is spoken, beginning with "Thereafter," etc. "All Vajras" refers to Vairochana. Its mandala is the mandala of the body. Its very nature does not stray from subduing the wild beasts of affliction, so it is the lion's samaya. Its mantra makes it beautiful, so it is the king. Possessing the moisture of compassion, so it is the cloud. Many Tathagatas gather, so it is adorned. Indivisible, so it is Vajra. Thus, in the samadhi of mirror-like wisdom, having entered into samadhi in the form of Vairochana. The body Vajra is Vairochana. It turns the wheel, so it is combined with "the wheel has come forth." From "Thereafter," etc., the mandala of the body is explained. The mandala of speech is the mandala of self-nature, which is very similar to this. The mandala of the body is unique from others, so the mandalas are the most supreme of all. This will be well explained. Thus, the Bodhisattva of the nature of the sixteen emptinesses is extremely pure, so sixteen cubits are taken as the measure. In short, there is no fixed number. "Square" is merely symbolic. It is extremely adorned with four doors and four stables, etc. This mandala is the abode of all Buddhas, so all Buddhas are the mandala.

Thus. What is Buddha? The vajra of the body is well established. So it is said. The one within that is the fourth accomplishment of the eighth part. The wheel is the roundness of the horizontal bar of the wheel of its half, rotating on the eight pillars. It should be written with the vajra ritual. It is said that it is complete with the indistinguishable rituals such as chanting. The ritual of placing the mudras is spoken. It is the mantras and so on. Vajrapani is the Vajrapani placed in the center of the mind mandala, and it is done in that place, so it is said. What should be done? In the center, Vairochana should be written. It is said that a white eight-spoked wheel should be written on the seat of the moon in the center. Akshobhya is the vajra flesh-eating demon written on the seat of the sun in the east. Also, by the word 'also', it is said that jewels and so on should be written on the seat of the sun in the places such as the south. The body is the Buddha eye mother. Speech is the white-clad mother. The mind is Mamaqi. Vajra Supreme is Tara. They should all be placed in all directions. It is said that the four, such as the inner fire boundary, should be placed on the seat of the moon, such as the Buddha eye mother. The mighty one is more special than the great gods. Overpowering others is to subdue the demons of the Lord of Death and so on. The wrathful ones should also be written on the doors. It is said that the signs of Yama and so on should be written on the seat of the sun at the four gates. Vajra secret is the three letters. That which arises from it is offering, the six goddesses of the nature of offering. He who knows the mantra should place the signs such as mirrors on the four corners of the outer fire boundary and on the right and left of the entrance, so it is said. Having written the mandala in this way, this is because all the mantras must not be transgressed, so the vows are very difficult to transgress, so it is said. Saying and urinating and so on should be combined with lines and colored powders, and vows of eating and so on. The meaning of it is as follows: After writing the mandala and making decorations and so on, invite the thread and the tip of the colored powder to come down, and sit together with the daughter of the dyer on a seat covered with various lotus cloths, the wheel of vows.
