All places are indeed that (referring to emptiness). The gods are indeed gods. Their nature is indeed gods. Therefore, it is called the cause of that. Regarding "with mantras and mudras" etc., the so-called mandala etc., are recitations, meditations, and offerings etc. The so-called "Indradhanu (Sanskrit: इंद्रधनु, rainbow)" is to show the example of illusion. Regarding "coquetry" etc., the so-called illusion is the sixty-four kinds of illusions, which are according to the treatises of Bharata (Sanskrit: भरत). Regarding "what need to say more" etc., the so-called Vajrayana is the great vehicle of secret mantras. Now, in order to show the object of the illusion's example, it is said "like in a mirror" etc. Illusion is emanation. The so-called water bubble is a water bubble in the water. The so-called eye trick is that which possesses mantras and medicines etc. The so-called similarity is seeing that the nature of these three realms is the same. The so-called that is the chief is Vajradhara. Regarding "seeing" etc., regarding "without object" etc., the so-called object is the object, which is the object to be grasped by the eyes etc. The so-called conventional is merely in name, in Vajrayana it is said to be illusion, so it is regarded as similar to illusion. However, everything is seen as illusion by the power of meditation. Therefore, it is said, "Whatever Indriya (Sanskrit: इंद्रिय, sense, faculty) and whatever path changes." Transformed into the path of the senses, that is, the realm of the senses. The so-called "transformed" is going there. The so-called "that" is that thing. The so-called "make that nature" is the nature of the self-blessing meditation, until it is seen as illusion. Therefore, it is said, "Because of the yoga that is not equally placed." That is, the state of rising from meditation. At the time of arising etc., one should see all things as equally combined with all the Buddhas, that is, the state of complete equality. This is what the Buddhas call "all conventionality is like illusion." If asked what effect it has? The so-called "in all" is in all places. The so-called "from all" is from all places.
