Chapter Six: Cutting Doubts About the Summary of Conventional Truth. Chapter Six: Cutting Doubts About the Summary of Conventional Truth. Then, not knowing what kind of person the illusion-like samadhi is, what kind of thing it is, and what kind of result is obtained, etc., one asks. In response, the Suchness of the deity is the Suchness of the deity. The inconceivable is the scripture and its form. Who said it? All the Buddhas said it, not someone else. What comes from the lineage of the gurus is the Buddha's teaching, which comes from the guru, not from others. Whose realm is it? The Lord of the Ten Bhumis is the Bodhisattva of the Ten Bhumis. Because it is very profound, it is not their realm either. What are the Ten Bhumis? They are the Ten Bhumis of the general Dharma Cloud. Because they have already dwelt in learning the union, it is not. Then what is it? It is the supreme small part of the Dharma. Because they have not practiced it, it is not their realm. Why is this also called a Bhumi? For the sake of stability, because one relies on this to go upwards. It is also called a Bhumi for the sake of going and enjoying. Now you should understand, meaning that how I understand, you should also understand. One's own mind is one's own awareness, and being in accordance with the meaning is true. "As it is" means how it abides. Fully understanding it means not being ignorance. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases are also not there, because the nature is emptiness. Because the nature is empty, it is also clear that emptiness after destruction is also clear. Appearing as mind-only is mentioning negation, which is negation. Then what does the mind appear as? It appears as the deity's body endowed with all signs. From the form of bindus etc., one remembers, or gradually appears as the deity's body adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks. That kind of enjoyment is called that. If you want to know what the example of that is, it is dreams etc. One should look at it as similar to the forms of illusion, mirage, water moon, dizziness, etc. Whose is that?

If asked, what is the body? It is the self-nature body of the Buddha's mind. This body has no other aspects of grasping and being grasped, like the moon in water. Again, if asked, the dependent body is the aggregate of form, and its non-existence is its complete purity. Therefore, the mind also does not exist, like a flower in the sky. If there is no mind, there is also no body, like a seed and a sprout. The words spoken in the scriptures are what the Buddha said. How can the body of a deity be perfected by the mind alone? This is because the mind does not exist in substance, so how can the essence of the deity, that is, things with form, arise? It cannot arise. If these scriptures are not reliable sources, then those who hold objective views will see it as existing. Scripture and realization refer to scripture and reason. To be without it is to be separated from it. What will happen? One will not believe, and definite knowledge will not arise. Therefore, this means that for this reason, please explain. The answer is, entering the ways of the Sutras and so on is to abide in the teachings of the Sutras, Tantras, and treatises. The meditator who abides in the stage of generation is the person who is a beginner. Even so, one will not understand. What will one not understand? The deity body of the mind's self-nature, which is what was said above. Relying on what will one not understand? Like illusion and so on. Therefore, this means that for this reason, it is related to the above. It should be understood, this is related to the above. Who should one follow? Following the Yoga Tantra, which refers to the scripture that mainly teaches samadhi. To follow is to rely on it. What does it do? Vajrasattva is perfected, which means that the body with marks and signs is perfected. The cause of its arising and the condition that benefits it are the cause and condition. It should be understood, which is to understand it through knowledge. So, is this body like an illusion, with cause and condition, only ultimately existent? No, in truth, it is ultimate. The mind is appearance. Without color and shape, it is without color and shape. Equal to space, it is like space.
