是天界的本性。然后给予许可，这样说道：自性之有情，如何如何调伏之，如是如是贪等事，以清净行有情利。每日四座中，具足三摩地之瑜伽，成为彼已共通之，成就获得亦能成。隐形乃是空性也，具足神通乃二千，持明乃三千也，金刚持乃众生主。寂静与增等任何事，以及彼之外所欲求，以轮之后和合，修持则迅速能成就。如是说故，听闻续部，以及讲说，殊胜与共同修持，寂静等行有情利，彼等一切行持皆给予许可。如是念珠等九者，乃是大金刚持之蛇行坛城中，明之灌顶，即是宝瓶灌顶之仪轨也。 第十五，宝瓶灌顶之仪轨。
English
is the very nature of the gods. Then granting permission, saying thus: Sentient beings of self-nature, however they may be tamed, in that way, attachment and so forth, with purity, benefit sentient beings. In four sessions each day, endowed with the yoga of the three samadhis, having become that, even the attainment of the common siddhi will be accomplished. Invisibility is emptiness, possessing clairvoyance is two thousand, vidyadhara is three thousand, Vajradhara is the lord of all beings. Whatever peace and increase, and whatever else is desired from that, by combining the wheel afterwards, if practiced, it will quickly be accomplished. Thus it is said, listening to the tantra, and explaining it, supreme and common practice, pacifying and so forth, benefiting sentient beings, granting permission to do all those things. Thus, these nine, such as the rosary, are the empowerment of knowledge in the serpent-like mandala of the great Vajradhara, which is the ritual of the vase empowerment.
