Chapter 23: Extensive Explanation of Answering Questions on the Realm of the Three Suchness. Chapter 23: Extensive Explanation of Answering Questions on the Realm of the Three Suchness. Thus, Chapter 22 has shown the answers to questions on the realm of the three syllables. Now, in order to explain the answers to questions on the realm of the three suchness, Chapter 23 will be taught. First, briefly, the composition is spoken, such as "Then," etc., which is after the explanation of Chapter 22. "Furthermore" is in relation to the previous one. "Listen" is applied to the petitioner listening. "The words of the three suchness should be shown" is related to this. The three suchness are: the words with the characteristics of the suchness of self, mantra, and wisdom, should be shown by the nature of expressing, which means to show the determination of the meaning to be expressed. How? Therefore, it is said, "By the divisions of self, etc.," the word "etc." should be understood to include the suchness of mantra and wisdom. "As it is" means by the nature of being inverted. "The sequences" means the sequence of the suchness of self, etc. Thus, after showing the composition, in order to express the actual explanation, its branch, the brief explanation of the suchness of self, is called "The suchness of self," which is the suchness of the aggregates of the five skandhas that are universally imputed, the nature of the Tathagatagarbha, such as Vairochana, abiding as it is, is called the suchness of self. "Supreme Yoga" means that because it is separated from the characteristics of individual beings, it is the nature of supreme meditation. "The cause of Vajrasattva's own nature" means that by fully knowing that the five skandhas are the nature of the five Tathagatas, one attains the state of Vajrasattva. "All Buddhas are my own nature" means having the nature of the body, speech, and mind of the five Tathagatas. "The one body of all Buddhas" means that the one body of all Buddhas is where the one body of all Buddhas is. Vajra

The term is called "the aspect of the great holder." The so-called "omniscient position" means knowing all three realms with the nature of the five Buddhas. The so-called "unclear" is to be separated from the nature of form. The so-called "clearly distinguishing by the differences of lineage" means clarifying the differences of lineages such as ignorance by means of purifying the root afflictions. The so-called "what is the aspect of the five lineages" means by the nature of Vairochana and so on. The so-called "that is the nature of the five aggregates" means the meaning of the nature of the five aggregates. Thus, after briefly explaining the Suchness of oneself, in order to explain its extensive explanation, it is said, "The purity of the form aggregate is by differences such as coarse and fine." Among them, the coarse is the form aggregate, because it appears in the external environment with its nature. The subtle ones are feelings and so on other than the form aggregate, because they are formless, there is no coarse appearance. The so-called "nature of obstruction and non-obstruction" means that form is obstructive, because it can prevent other things from arising in its own field. Feelings and so on are unobstructed, because they are the opposite of the former. "Obstructed" and "unobstructed" are obstructed and unobstructed, and those who have these characteristics are obstructed and unobstructed. The so-called "things of the four great elements" means the self of the four great elements such as earth, because it is accomplished by it. The so-called "form aggregate" means having the nature of form. The so-called "here" refers to the teachings of the Buddha. The so-called "say" means to speak. The so-called "there is the nature of the pervading light" means that the nature of the form aggregate is the nature of Vairochana, with the difference between itself and others, like an image, it appears with the self of wisdom like a mirror. The so-called "the cause of all arising" means that all arising is the co-emergent mother and the accompanying mother and so on related to one's own lineage, so it is the cause of all arising. Thus the form aggregate
