་མདུང་ཐོགས། །དུག་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱུ་ལ་བསྣུན་མ། །ཟླ་བ་ཡར་ངོའི་ཚེས་བརྒྱད་དག་ལ། །གང་གིས་རྣམ་དག་གཙུག་གི་ནོར་བུ། །བསྟོད་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བློ་ཡིས། །སླན་གྲངས་ཉི་ཤུག་རྩ་གཅིག་བརྗོད་ན། །རྒྱལ་པོ་སྦྲུལ་དང་སྲིན་པོ་མི་རྒོད། །མེ་དང་ཆུ་དང་སྟག་དང་སེང་གེ །འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ལས་གྲོལ་འགྱུར། །མུ་གེ་ནད་དང་འབྱུང་པོས་འཚེ་བ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཡིད་མི་བདེ་ལས་གྲོལ་འགྱུར། །སྡིག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་དང་སྐལ་ངན། །འཁྲུག་དང་འཐབ་རྩོད་ཉེས་པ་མི་འབྱུང༌། །ཉོན་མོངས་མྱ་ངན་གདུང་བ་རྣམས་སེལ། །ས་འོག་གཏེར་དང་མིག་སྨན་རི་ལུ། །རྐང་མགྱོགས་ལ་སོགས་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྒྱད་ཐོབ། །སྐུ་དང་གསུང་དང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཀུན་འགྲོ་གནས་ལ་སོགས་པའི། །དབང་ཕྱུག་ལས་ལ་དཀའ་བ་མ་ཡིན། །བདག་པོར་བྱེད་དང་དགའ་མགུར་བསྒྲུབ་པའི། །འདོད་དགུ་འབྱུང་བའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་འགྲུབ་པ། །དེ་བཞིན་ཡོན་ཏན་བརྒྱད་ཀྱང་ཐོབ་འགྱུར། །ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་དཔག་བསམ་ཤིང་དང༌། །དཔལ་ལྡན་འདོད་འཇོའི་བ་དང་བུམ་མཆོག །བདེ་བ་དང་བཅས་ནོར་རྣམས་འགྲུབ་འགྱུར། །མཚན་མོ་རྒྱུ་དང་ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་འབྱུང་པོ། །ཤ་ཟའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་གླགས་རྙེད་མི་འགྱུར། །ཚངས་པ་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱི་བདག་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །དགོས་པའི་དོན་རྣམས་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛད་ཅིང༌། །བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་རྣམས་ནི་སེལ་འགྱུར། །གང་དུ་ཚེ་ཡི་འདུ་བྱེད་བཏང་དུས། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་འགྱུར། །དངོས་གྲུབ་འབྱུང་གནས་རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མའི། །ལྷ་མཆོག་རྣམས་ལ་བདག་གིས་བསྟོད་པས། །དགེ་བ་དྲི་མེད་ཟླ་བ་རྒྱས་འདྲའི། །འོད་ལྟར་དཀར་བ་ཐོབ་པ་དེས་ནི། །འཇིག་རྟེན་རྩོད་པའི་སྐྱོན་བྲལ་རྫོགས་པའི། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ། །བདེ་ཆེན་ཆར་པ་འབེབས་པར་ཤོག་ཅིག །སྒྲོལ་མ་མངོན་པར་འབྱུང་ ༄། །བའི་ལེའུ་བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་པ། རྣལ་འབྱོར་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས། ལྷའི་རྣམ་གྲངས་བསྟན་པའི་ལེའུ་བཅུ་གསུམ་པ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པས་གསུངས་པ་དང་མཐུན་པར། ལྷ་མོ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་རྣམ་དག་གཙུག་གི་ནོར་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་སཱུཪྻ་གུཔྟའི་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་དཱི་པཾ་ཀ་ར་ཤྲཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན་དང༌། བོད་ཀྱི་ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་རྒྱ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་སེང་གེས་མཐོ་ལྡིང་གསེར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཁང་དུ་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ།། ལྷ་མོ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་རྣམ་དག་གཙུག་གི་ནོར་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཉི་མ་སྦས་པ།

持矛。 于三毒轮回之因施以打击。 于上弦月之初八。 谁以清净顶髻之宝。 以赞颂之王之心。 复诵念二十一遍。 国王、蛇与罗刹野人。 火与水与虎与狮。 从八大怖畏中解脱。 饥荒、疾病与鬼神之侵害。 从痛苦、不悦意中解脱。 重大罪业与恶运。 争斗与争论，罪过不生。 消除烦恼、忧伤、悲痛。 地下之宝藏与眼药、山药。 神速步法等八成就获得。 身语意之自在。 神通、普行、处所等等。 自在事业无有困难。 成为主人并成办喜悦。 如意成就生起之悉地。 如是八功德亦得获。 如意宝珠、如意树。 吉祥满愿牛与胜妙宝瓶。 连同安乐，财宝皆成就。 夜晚游荡者与饕餮鬼神。 食肉之众无机可乘。 梵天、遍入天、大自在天。 三界之主们。 成办所需之义， 遣除所有障碍。 于何处舍弃寿命之时。 将生于极乐净土。 成就之源，至尊度母之。 诸天神我以赞颂。 无垢功德如满月。 如光般洁白获得者， 愿以此获得脱离世间争斗之过失的圆满。 获得佛陀之后，于众生。 降下大乐之雨。 度母显现

Holding a spear. Striking at the root of the three poisons of samsara. On the eighth day of the waxing moon. Whoever with the pure jewel of the crown. With the mind of the king of praise. Recites twenty-one times again. King, snake, rakshasa, and wild man. Fire, water, tiger, and lion. Will be liberated from the eight great fears. Famine, disease, and harm from spirits. Will be liberated from suffering and displeasure. Great sins and bad luck. Quarrels and disputes, no faults will arise. Eliminating afflictions, sorrow, and grief. Underground treasures, eye medicine, and mountain yams. Swift footsteps and other eight siddhis will be obtained. Mastery of body, speech, and mind. Miraculous powers, universal travel, places, and so on. There is no difficulty in the work of mastery. Becoming the master and accomplishing joy. Accomplishing the siddhis that arise from all desires. Likewise, eight qualities will also be obtained. Wish-fulfilling jewel, wish-fulfilling tree. Glorious wish-fulfilling cow and supreme vase. Together with happiness, all wealth will be accomplished. Night wanderers and gluttonous spirits. The hordes of flesh-eaters will not find an opportunity. Brahma, Vishnu, Great Ishvara. The lords of the three realms. Accomplishing the necessary meanings, Eliminating all obstacles. Wherever the aggregates of life are abandoned. One will be born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati. Source of accomplishments, praised by me to the noble Tara. May the immaculate merit, like the full moon, Like light, may the one who obtains whiteness, May this obtain the perfection free from the faults of worldly strife. Having attained Buddhahood, may I shower the rain of great bliss upon all sentient beings. Tara appears.
