Being completely filled with Bodhicitta, adorned with mango tree branches, holding eight objects, all of which are extremely joyful, and frolicking with a blooming smile, thus speaks the Heruka. Pray to the supreme one who, having been seen by the Protector, bestows empowerment. O compassionate one with great fame! Vajrayogini, please grant empowerment. I, who am sinking in the mire of samsara, please liberate me with empowerment. Just as a house without children becomes empty immediately after death, similarly, if one is without empowerment, all wisdom becomes empty. This verse reveals the secret empowerment. Just as various combinations of a lute cannot be played without strings, similarly, without empowerment, mantras and meditation cannot be accomplished. This verse reveals the empowerment of wisdom and prajna. It is also said that without empowerment, great faults will occur: A foolish person, without empowerment, says, "I have been empowered." For as long as the Buddhas remain, they will go to hell together with their disciples. This verse reveals the fault of being without empowerment. Thus, O Yogini, treasure of wisdom! Again, I pray that you empower me. If empowerment is unborn, may I become Heruka. Then, the Yoginis say "Victory," and with this, they bathe and empower the Bhagavan. Merely by bestowing empowerment, including outer and inner secrets, the sound of drums will resound from the sky, and a rain of sandalwood and flowers will fall. After the empowerment is completed, the Yoginis dissolve into the chakra of the channels. All the wheels in the mandala are sealed with their own lineage. Then, the Bhagavan is offered with songs of praise, offerings, and the five nectars. Then, from "ཡཾ་" (Tibetan, यं, yam, wind) arises the wind mandala. Above that, from "རཾ་" (Tibetan, रं, ram, fire) arises the fire mandala. Above that, from "ཨཾ་" (Tibetan, अं, am, skullcup) arises the skullcup. In the center of the skullcup, from "བི་མུ་ར་ཤུ་མ་" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari not available, Vimurashuma, five nectars) arise the five nectars. From "གོ་ཀུ་ད་ཧ་ན་" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari not available, Gokudahana, five meats) arises the visualization of the five meats. Then, the wind ignites the fire, and the fire heats the skullcup, from which arises vapor in the form of a vajra. To cool it again, one finger's height above the skullcup, from "ཨོཾ་" (Tibetan, ॐ, om, Om) arises the moon mandala, the nature of nectar, blessed by "ཨོཾ་" (Tibetan, ॐ, om, Om).
