Chapter Three, Explanation of Generating Deities and Bestowing Empowerment. Chapter Three, Explanation of Generating Deities and Bestowing Empowerment. In order to explain the mantra, as well as the self-nature body and perfect essence of the mantra, it is spoken. Starting from "Then" and so on. The so-called "Deity Chapter" is about those born from mantras, and the chapter on deities of perfect essence. The so-called "Ram (Tibetan: རཾ་) syllable" and so on, the contemplation of the wheel of the mandala, will be clearly explained in a separate chapter. The inner, so-called "Vajra Ground" and so on, the Vajra Ground is the center, that is, in its middle. For the Completion Stage, "E (Tibetan: ཨེ་) syllable Great Sovereign" is the nature of the Dharmadhatu. The triangle completely transformed from the E syllable is the Dharma-originated Emanation Wheel, and the nature of the three realms should be contemplated. In the center of that triangle is the E syllable or Lam (Tibetan: ལཾ་) syllable seed syllable, which completely transforms into the mandala of the earth. In the heart is the Vam (Tibetan: བཾ་) syllable or Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་) syllable, which is Dharma, that is, the mind, and its nature arises from there, the wheel is the Dharma wheel. "Having the nature of all channels" refers to the nature of the eight channels, because the channels of the four chakras are also inseparable from the mind of great bliss, so it is its nature. "On the head, the Yogini abides" refers to the thirty-two Yoginis, especially the place where the Bodhicitta that drips from the place of great bliss abides. Goodness is the nature of the great bliss wheel. The nature of all channels, the Bodhicitta of these thirty-two channels drips, the general ༄། །Actions, special actions, and names will also be narrated following other tantras. Among them, Avadhuti (Sanskrit, अवधूत, avadūta, the renouncer) only drips Bodhicitta. The Kyangma hanging at the root of the navel channel drips the essence from the food and drink that has been digested and matured by the stomach fire. From there, this essence flows to other channels, thereby completely filling the body. Rasana drips blood from the essence. Therefore, it also fills the body in the same way. The summary of all these is: inseparable teeth and nails drip, subtle hairs and down produce, soft skin and dirt.

The complete mandala of the nature of non-dual Bodhicitta is declared, adorned with sixteen parts. This is at the throat. Here, "parts" refer to the channels, the enjoyment wheel with sixteen channels. Emanation refers to the emanation lotus, where there are sixty-four petals, which are the channels. Thus, in the four wheels, there are one hundred and twenty channels, the channels become one hundred with twenty more. Thus, one should contemplate, thus one should contemplate the complete mandala, that is, one should practice and recite. There, because of the left and right channels, the life-force wind shifts half and half, so the sixteen shifts day and night are at the throat. Only there, with the distinction of the four mandalas, from the nature of the four digits, in the emanation wheel, it becomes sixty-four digits. The Bhagavan, in the tantras such as the True Union, and
