In Sanskrit: Maha Maya Tantra Anu Heruka Sadhana Nobika. In Tibetan: The Method of Heruka Practice Following the Great Illusion Tantra. Homage to the Bhagavan Glorious Vajra Dakini! The self-nature of the Great Illusion is victorious, Having paid homage to the Vajra Dakini, The condensed essence of that treatise, I shall explain the stages of practice. Possessing faith, love, and compassion, With the intention of perfect enlightenment, Endowed with generosity, morality, and so forth, With equanimity towards the eight worldly concerns, With knowledge that grants mantra and accomplishment, Enjoying harmony with yogic conduct. Approaching a place of bliss and dwelling there, Placing the sun and HUM (ཧཱུཾ，，，) at the heart, With offerings arising from light rays, Offering to the lord of the knot, Naduna, and all, Having confessed sins and so forth. Then, emptiness should be meditated upon, "Om Shunyata Jñana Vajra Svabhava Atmako Ham" (ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ཉ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཛྲ་སྭཱ་ཝ་ཨཱ་ཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།，，，I am the nature of emptiness wisdom vajra), should be recited in the mind. In the sky, on a red four-petaled lotus, Situated in its own sphere, Contemplate five white bindus, First expanding and contracting, Then, with great love previously practiced, And compassion and other qualities, From the bindus in the four directions, Arising in the manner of dance, embracing with joy, Always contemplate being urged on by the four dakinis. Hales Hibi Yasi A (ཧ་ལེས་ཧི་བི་ཡ་སི་ཨ།，，，). Kamalu Prabayu Vajre (ཀ་མ་ལུ་པྲ་བ་ཡུ་བཛྲེ།，，，). Ala Lala Laho (ཨ་ལ་ལ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ།，，，). Maha Sute Na (མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཏེ་ན།，，，). Araha Nite Na (ཨ་ར་ཧ་ནི་ཏེ་ན།，，，). Then, from the suffering of samsara, With the intention to liberate sentient beings, Seeing beings as illusory, How they arise, contemplate thus, From the central bindu arises blue, From the seed HUM (ཧཱུཾ，，，) the essence of compassion, The nature of the five wisdoms and three bodies, Supremely joyful and beautiful, The deity with four faces and four arms, The limbs are smeared with ashes, The root face and body are blue in color, The right face is yellow, The back one appears white and red, The left one blazes like an old woman, Three eyes, the skin of Naropa ༄. And so on. Adorned with five types of mudras.
