Ritual for Accepting Disciples Ritual for Accepting Disciples ༄། །Regarding the teachings on accepting disciples, starting from "disciples" etc., up to "the mantra practitioner should take as substance." "Those" refers to the disciples. "Acceptance" refers to the guru. What should the guru do? Starting from "after yoga" etc., up to "completely accepting." In connection with this, "after yoga" refers to possessing the union of the wisdom mother of outer or inner nature. First, one should make them intoxicated, seek, and exhaust drinking. By this, making them a hero of mind, all yoga discriminations are far gone, the joy born from the wisdom and union that clarifies the meaning of emptiness is supreme, this is the tradition of the oral instructions. "The nature of mantra" refers to the nature arising from reciting mantras. "The wheel of the goddess" refers to the triangular wheel written on the bottom of a mirror coated with vermillion. It is said: "In the center of the three lotus petals, smear dust-free vermillion powder, for the one who manifests the nature of mantra, after offering, the guru also descends, this is the sacred word of my guru, the means of practice is non-retreating."
