Explanation of the Eighth (Chapter) Explanation of the Eighth (Chapter) ༄། །Now, in order to clearly explain placing the external mandala, offerings, recitations, fire offerings, etc., internally, therefore, "whatever" etc. are spoken. These are also easy to understand because they have been said before. Among these, the body should be understood as the mandala, and it is related to "the mandala of the body." How is it understood? For example, "great Bodhi" etc., the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are completely purified, and these, as the basis of placement, in their own way, become the Dakinis etc. who abide in the wheel of wisdom, mind, speech, body, and samaya, therefore, the purity of the dependent mandala is spoken. Whose cause is this? It should be said that this is the cause of the nature Dakini who is without discrimination, without object, and without obscuration. "Ḍī (Sanskrit seed syllable) is the one who goes in space, completely manifested in the Buddha realm. Space is the cause of all accomplishments, and is called Dakini." Because it has been said like this. The movement of the five wisdoms in the great space is the channels, therefore, that itself should be called Dakini, because by touching it, both will manifest the indivisible Suchness. After explaining the dependent mandala, the supporting mandala is explained by "the mandala of the body" etc. Among these, the body itself is the mandala, because it is the channels and element nature of the mind, speech, and body mandalas, and is the support of Yoginis and heroes. Therefore, it is delightful, because it does not depend on external colored powders etc. In order to show that the external mandala has four doors, and so does the internal, it is explained. Among these, the four doors of the body mandala are: the eyes, ears, nostrils, and mouth. Or, as it is said, the parts of the three doors mentioned before will become four, the left and right channels are the mind's

This is the first (body door) of the body, speech, and mind doors. My seat and the other four are the speech door, the second (speech door). The body door, which has nine self-natures, is divided into two types by the distinction between below and above. Thus, relying on the four doors, there are eight pillars because they have two corresponding pillars each. It is connected to the inner eye and other vein pillars. Just as the external square mandala, the body's mandala should also be understood as square by the equal entity. From where does it come? Because it is equality. This body is just like this, from the bottom of the feet to the end of the crown, it has a measure, and similarly, when the arms are stretched out, it also has the same measure. The external mandala is the three wheels with the self-nature of mind, speech, and body, twenty-four places, which are different. Similarly, internally, it is also the basis of the mind, speech, and body veins, starting from the top of the head and reaching the end, the three wheels with the self-nature of twenty-four places. The top of the mountain of the head. Etc., this is a brief instruction. That is to say, just as various lotuses are said to reside on the top of Mount Sumeru above the four mandalas of wind, etc., and are understood, similarly, internally, the mandala of the body, the sign of the mandala is: it should be realized from the guru's oral instructions. Starting from "The wind dwells in the soles of the feet" and ending with "The unclear and clear image," the truth of the mandala's sign is explained in detail, and now it will be explained. The soles of the feet, that is, under the feet. There, the wind dwells, and because it is particularly excellent in the shape of a bow, it itself is Bairamba. Just like Ander Bekrita for one's own benefit. The action of the self-nature of the foot position should be called Bairamba. This indicates the shape of the actor of the wind mandala. Above it, it is also the direction of the triple junction, that is, the position of the waist. There, the blood and jewel release of men and women, the fire mandala burns with the self-nature of a triangle. Above it is a string of mantras.

From the melting and combining of the circular "va" arises the water mandala, which naturally resides in the abdomen. Above it, in the heart center, is a square, gold-like earth mandala. Above that, the part of the throat, which in another enumeration is the spine, should be understood as Mount Meru, possessing eight peaks such as the eyes, and its four petals are precious in nature. Mount Meru, which is the center of the head, from there extend the thirty-two inseparable channels, which are the various lotuses, to be understood as the seat of the Bhagavan. Within it, the Bodhicitta such as "a" and "ka" which are the nature of vowels and consonants, the thirty-two brain-marrow are the moon mandala, the special seat of the Bhagavan. These naturally formed seats should be understood as not mentioned in some specific tantras. The completely pure Suchness, because it is the Suchness that should not be spoken of at all times, is divided according to the inclinations of individuals. Therefore, for the heroes and yoginis residing in the three wheels, in some cases it should be understood as the moon seat, and in some cases as the sun seat. In the phrase "in its center" and so on, in the center of the brain-marrow, there is the indestructible and unchanging letter "Hum," from the expanding nectar of melting, the cool sensation of bindu arises, which is called bindu. It is the nature of stability and movement, because it can transform into all things, it clearly manifests the places of completeness and perfect existence in the form of seeds, but it does not manifest in the form of ultimate Bodhicitta. Therefore, all, that is, the footless, two-legged, four-legged, many-legged, oviparous, viviparous, moisture-born, miraculously born, animals, pretas, hell-beings, gods, asuras, and humans. The bodies of all sentient beings are initially born from there, and due to the equal union of father and mother, everything else is merely the melting of nectar.
