It is born and emanated from the co-emergent wisdom itself, due to the power of karma clinging to duality. All appearances are of that (wisdom). Without wisdom, it will not arise. The so-called "birth" and so on, refers to all beings included in the four births, who are born because they each experience their own self-aware wisdom. Or, all stable and moving beings are merely appearances of their own wisdom; otherwise, they would not appear, so it is thought. Therefore, this clarifies the suchness of wisdom. Thus, in order to show that the only way to liberate from samsara is the secret mantra vehicle, the "birth" and so on are spoken. The so-called Buddha's wisdom is the path of the secret mantra vehicle. Or, faith in the secret mantra vehicle arises because one has been blessed by the Buddhas in many lifetimes and the roots of virtue have matured; otherwise, it would not, which shows its rarity. The so-called "Yogic teachings with signs" refers to faith in the way of secret mantra. The so-called "Outward teachings refute sound" refers to abandoning outward teachings because they rely on sound and so on. The rest is easy to understand. In "Vajrasattva" and so on, Vajrasattva is indivisible wisdom. Various emanations refer to the appearance of various beings from that (wisdom). Appearance means teaching. Sequential division refers to the collection of treatises on that meaning, namely the thirtieth chapter.
