Explanation of the Thirteenth Chapter Explanation of the Thirteenth Chapter ༄། །To show that if the Vajra Dakini's meditation mantra is recited many times, then even by the actions of each of the heroes and non-dual yoginis, the activities will be accomplished. Therefore, the thirteenth chapter was spoken. Starting with "Then," etc. "Then" refers to after the arising of the Vajra Dakini. "From that" means from the prior meditation of the Vajra Dakini. Otherwise, even a little bit will not be accomplished, that is the meaning. "All siddhis are well accomplished" refers to the distinction of actions. "To be explained" is related to the previous text. Among them, "all siddhis" refers to activities such as pacifying. "Well accomplished" means especially accomplished and especially benefiting the practitioner. What is it? "Merely knowing" means "which" refers to which ritual, and "knowing" means understanding and then practicing repeatedly. As for the actions of external mudras and samadhi, "A," etc., the tip of the nose is the door of the bird's beak, where A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) is meditated on the lunar disc. Similarly, at the center of the yelliṅga, place the moon of the vajra jewel ༄། །there. "Combine at the lotus heart" is in the plural because it is spoken after gathering all phenomena arising in the mind. There, combining all the chakras of the yoginis is the meaning of what should be generated. What are those chakras like? "Awa dhūti" etc. are spoken. Because it washes away and eliminates sins, it is Awa dhūti, which is the non-dual mind. The place is its sign, the three eyes. Where is it placed? Between the eyebrows, that is, in the middle of the forehead near the eyebrows. This shows that the right eye is the nature of the body, the left eye is speech, and the central channel is the sign of the mind, which is above all. Therefore, the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) is also the nature of the three forms of body, crescent moon, and bindu. The Bhagavan and the assembly of yoginis arising from it should all have three eyes. The first vowel

Through actions and the like, it is to evoke the mindfulness of the Tummo yogi. The so-called "if meditated" means meditating on the mandala of fire moved by the wind, which has the first vowel letter. This shows that other (things) should also be arranged and shown as they are. So, what will be the result? The so-called "burns at that moment" means that at the moment of combining (wind and mind), it burns upwards from the bindu of the first vowel letter. This shows the connection of performing subtle yoga after coarse yoga. Now the mandala of support is proclaimed. The so-called "from then on" etc., the so-called "from then on" is after meditating on the Dharmadhatu. The wheel of the burning garland is a layered house. Because the inner mandala is completely round, it is a wheel, and like the ocean, it is completely covered by the burning garland, that is, a layered house. What else is it like? The so-called "all-around doors" because it is a four-sided door. This shows that all accomplishments, peace, etc. should be seen. The so-called "navel chakra"

English

It is said, abiding in the wheel of fire. And so on, just as a torch quickly rotated appears as a wheel, the body of false nature appears in other forms, and abiding therein is focusing on it. Therefore, it is said "wheel," which is delusion about the artificial. Thus, it is close combination, like practicing one's own body as non-dual, similarly, the dakinis in the mandala also meditate on non-duality in the ultimate truth with false meaning. The wisdom of great mental power is vast. Mind is just mind, that is, mind-only. Power is its function. Great wisdom is because it is self-awareness. They are dakinis. They are birth. Because it functions with the mind-only of self-awareness, it shows the difference. Like lightning, the light is clear. It is because of impermanence. The dakinis meditate in this way, this is the remaining part. How to meditate? As said, "gods" and so on. Time is the teaching, and if it is a secret instruction, it is combined from the outside to the inside. It transforms, combining into the yoga of the form of the gods. How to expand it? It is said, "extremely subtle" and so on. The collection of dust refers to the central dust surrounded by dust from six directions. What will it become? Extremely subtle, that is, separated from one and many, so it will become without self-nature. It is also said: When the six are combined at the same time, the extremely fine dust will become six parts. If the six are in one position, they gather into the size of a dust particle. This is reasoning. Meditating on things, things are coarse, and gathering from the subtle non-self-nature appears as coarse, like a body like a water moon, just experience it and meditate. Therefore, it is said, there is no change and no appearance. What will it become? Giving the omniscient fruit. That is to say, meditating in this way will become the fruit with the characteristics of all-knowing. Some say, starting from "navel" and so on. "Navel" refers to the lotus navel in the heart. There, the yogini refers to the moon.
