Is a friend of... That which it is, it is called that. Focusing on raining means focusing one's mind on raining. Looking towards the upper east means looking slightly away from the east, towards the direction of fire. If not, and so on, if it does not rain there, then recite the mantra of glorious Vajrapani. Glorious Vajrapani himself is the mantra, because mantras and deities are inseparable. Or abide in the yoga of Vajrapani, and recite the mantra that will appear below, just like the sound. There, the yoga of Vajrapani arises from the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), and the body is blue, with two hands holding a vajra and a bell, etc., which is an image that corresponds to what is said in the mantra. The mantra is Oṃ Namo Nīlāṃ (ཨོཾ་ན་མོ་ནཱི་ལཱཾ,梵文:oṃ namo nīlāṃ,梵文罗马转写:oṃ namo nīlāṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Om, Homage, Blue) and so on. Or, and so on, this indicates two actions. A two-headed snake refers to the special characteristic of a snake that has two heads. Placing it in the sky means heating two bowls above without touching the burning coals of trees such as Katampa. Why is that? For the purpose of raining, this is the seventh case of purpose. By what means? By reciting the mantra, reciting the mantra of the eighth syllable and so on, which is related to the union of Vajra Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Offered to the Vajra Holder, and so on. ༄། །Being on the roof of the house means being on top of a bird's nest. Smoking the clouds means staying in the direction of the clouds. Reciting the mantra means reciting it in connection with the union of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Bowl, and so on, poison and so on, refers to the juice of Ram, Nagadamaṇa, and so on. The three mandalas of wind and so on are wind, fire, and the great powerful one. Their seed syllables are Yaṃ (ཡཾ,梵文:yaṃ,梵文罗马转写:yaṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Yaṃ), Raṃ (རཾ,梵文:raṃ,梵文罗马转写:raṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Raṃ), and Laṃ (ལཾ,梵文:laṃ,梵文罗马转写:laṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Laṃ). On the water means on top of the water mandala drawn from Vaṃ (བཾ,梵文:vaṃ,梵文罗马转写:vaṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Vaṃ). On the eight petals, also write the essence of the eight nagas, which means writing the name inside the union with Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). The mantra of great power is Oṃ Vajra Krodha (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ,梵文:oṃ vajra krodha,梵文罗马转写:oṃ vajra krodha,Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Wrathful) and so on, which will appear below. With it, surround the center of the lotus and the seed syllables of the petals. Nine Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) means it is said in one direction, but in reality, there are eighteen. Recite the mantra according to the ritual.

As for recitation, the ritual is the Great Power Yoga that comes from the fourth chapter. The three-faced and six-armed one, blue, white, and red in color, arising from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), the first two hands embracing his own radiant consort, the remaining ones holding a trident, a sword, a lotus, and a jewel, seated on a sun disc in a right-extended posture, with three eyes possessing the light of the sun, reddish-yellow hair blazing upwards, adorned with snakes, wearing a tiger skin garment, contemplate the Great Power, recite it a hundred times in a wooden bowl, offer it with blue flowers and so on, wrap it with a blue thread and hide it in a lake. The seed syllable of the wrathful one is the seed syllable of the neck. The rest is easy to understand. Now the mantra of Vajrapani is spoken, Oṃ Namo (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ན་མོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओंनामो, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ namo, Chinese literal meaning: Om Homage) and so on, the benefits of this are easy to understand. As for all nāgas and so on, all nāgas are various forms. Inviting is the characteristic of the mantra and mudra and so on that attract their minds. The collection of scriptures that clarifies that meaning is divided sequentially, this is the third (part). The king of tantras, the glorious Vajra Dakini's ༄། །Commentary, the commentary on the third chapter is complete.།། The commentary on the third chapter.
