Arbuda and, Udyana Jalandhara and, Pullira Malaya are called places. To include these and others: Ula Tha and Pila Tha, that is, in the eight places, the goddesses of vows reside, showing all the play in the thirty-two places. So, who are the yoginis who enter with great splendor? The embodied light-maker Lama and, the completely transformed mother and the mother with child, the non-returning Ehi Ka, Vajra mother herself is considered as eight. The first is the mudra of great splendor, the second is the mother who summons from the heart, the third is the confusing messenger mother, the fourth is the mother who fulfills needs, the fifth is the mudra of laughter, she is not of noble lineage, the sixth becomes the killing mother, the seventh is the devouring heroic mother, the eighth is the definitely gathering mother. In particular, explaining the form of taking the place of birth of human beings: The daughters of these places, in a general and specific way, exist for the benefit, therefore they bestow accomplishments. Hero Kapala and so on and non-dual yogini, from the beginning of the nature of Bodhicitta, with compassion constantly looking. All these are co-emergent mothers. They are the form of gods and humans in the desire realm, although without attachment, they appear to enjoy forms, sounds, and so on. The essence is the unborn nature of Dharma, it is the body of wisdom, but with great compassion, they enter for the benefit of beings, therefore it is said to enter with mind.

Like the movement of lightning, unimpeded, though it proceeds according to the minds of those to be tamed, its nature is non-discriminating, meaning it does not deviate from its original state. Now, the wheel of the body travels underground, the wheel of speech travels on the ground, and the wheel of mind travels in the sky. These are all completely gathered and expanded by the six dakinis, namely the six yoginis: Lāma, Embodied Mother, Mother with Child, Completely Transformed Mother, Ehi-ka, and Non-Returning Mother. These are explained separately in detail. In Kuluta, the goddess Mahābayā resides. In the desolate land of Maro, the mothers are the Chakravarmini of the wind direction. In the land of Sindhu, the goddess Mahābala is in the direction of the absence of truth, the chief of the lineage is the embodiment of compassion. In Nagara, the goddess is extremely brave, in the fire direction. Lāma, that is to say, the boundary mothers of the wheel of the lineage of Vairochana are gathered by the Lāma forest mother. Lambaka is Suvarnadvipa, which is the goddess Chakravarmini of the direction of the lord of death. Saurashtra, there the goddess Shaundini is in the direction of the lord of water. They are the goddesses of the lineage. Kadya Che is Griha Devata, there the goddess Khandarohi is in the Yaksha direction. The city of demons is Preta Puri, there the goddess Chakravega resides in the direction of Indra. The dakini embodied mother and her retinue are the goddesses of the direction of the body vajra lineage, they are Rupa Karu, gathered by the embodied mother. Now, from the immeasurable desire realm of the speech vajra lineage, in the demon direction of the Himalayan mountains, the goddess Khaganani is there. Kanyazabali is Kanchi, there, in the vidyadhara direction, the goddess Laya Karni is there. In the land of Panchala, in the direction of the absence of truth, the goddess Subhadra resides there. Kalinga is the fire direction, the goddess Shyama Deva resides there, she is a celibate, a house goddess, possessing unsurpassed conduct. The four boundary mothers of the speech wheel are gathered by the Mother with Child, that is she herself. In the land of Kosala, in the direction of the lord of death, the goddess Surabhi resides there. The flesh-eating woman enjoys the flesh of the seventh rebirth.
