In Godavari, marked by "small nail" and "heroic wisdom," they are considered dakinis. They are the four consorts of Vairochana, belonging to the Yaksha lineage. In Arbuda and Oddiyana, they are known as "large nose," "radiant," and "mole-faced." In Jalandhara and Pulla-malaya, they are known as "fierce-eyed" and "extremely fierce" women. They are the four consorts of Vajrasattva. Although Vajra Dakini is associated with six lineages, in the root tantra, Pulla-malaya, Jalandhara, and Golden Island are named as the heart chakra, said to have twenty-one thousand chakras. Therefore, six of the heart chakra's positions are not clear. The remaining ones, however many, refer to the twelve goddesses other than the twenty-four chief mothers composed of the six families, who are the yoginis of the glorious Heruka wheel. Why are these thirty-six dakinis chief mothers? Because it is said, "The union of glorious Heruka is the chief mother of its mandala." Therefore, they are emanations of wisdom goddesses. These twenty-four dakinis pervade beings with and without cause. That is, they subdue the trainable beings of the six realms and transform the non-sentient world into Buddha-fields, pervading beings, and therefore bestow siddhis upon practitioners. Having thus explained the goddesses who accomplish wisdom, next the limbs of practice of the most excellent yogi are explained: "The samaya of the dakini is..." etc. The samaya of this practitioner who binds the illusory wheel of the twelve karmas is to meditate on the emanation wheel. Through meditation, recitation, and fire offerings, etc., the union of the twelve karmas will be perfected in this place. So, what is the meditation like? The detailed explanation is: "The mantra practitioner should always abide in equipoise, at night wearing the garment of space." That is, one should appear in the guise of glorious Heruka and Vajravarahi. The so-called "male or..." refers to visualizing as twenty-five heroes. All the left...

The action is to practice the thirty-seven goddesses. 'The yogini and the hero are pleased' means that after the life force is put into the Avadhuti channel, one meditates on the samadhi of the four joys. Regarding this, it is said in the "Definite Words": "With the mind entering within, one should accomplish the desired accomplishment." Thus it is said. 'With the mudra Indian offering, if one always offers the self-born,' means that if one goes into joy, one offers the gods of the aggregates, elements, and sources. Regarding this, it is also said: "From the bindu of one's own essence, one should offer to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas." Thus it is said. What is the fruit of offering? It is said: "Everything is accomplished without exception, and one enters fully into the left-hand offering." It means that even if one goes into joy, all worldly accomplishments will be accomplished. Its meaning is shown like this: After the life force enters the Avadhuti channel, if non-discrimination arises, then even if it is a supreme accomplishment or one goes into joy, because one has the wheel of the twelve actions, one can accomplish worldly accomplishments. Regarding this, this wheel is: for pacifying, on barley or bark; for increasing, on cloth or grass mat; for subjugating, on the lower skirt of a woman; for wrathful activity, after writing on a charnel ground cloth with bezoar and so on, writing sixty-two mantras on the wheel of sixty-two deities, generating the deity, placing the wisdom being, donning armor, empowering, drinking nectar, practicing, reciting, offering, praising, and then dissolving the letters into the wheel of the name to be accomplished, for pacifying, an image made of earth from an anthill; for increasing, an image made of copper; for subjugating, an image made of sandalwood; for wrathful activity, placing an image made of charnel ground earth in the heart, and doing the twelve actions, one will be accomplished. Explanation of the forty-first chapter is complete. Forty-first chapter. Explanation of the ritual for drawing the mandala of twenty-four letters.
