The mantra practitioner visualizes the mandala of the moon like Sindura in the center of the sky. In its center, place a lotus with sixteen petals, adorned. Make an image of the one to be accomplished from red sandalwood powder, wrap that wheel with a rope, put it in its belly, and lead the placed rope end from the inside to the generative chakra and place it. Then also pull it out from the nostrils. Then, hold the rope ends with the two little fingers that have the union mudra and urge them on. With firm faith, urge the heart in the same way with the rope in three harmonious places.
