Possessing three eyes, adorned with six seals. The right extended foot treads on the head of the fortunate one, pressing the breast of the fortunate mother. A garland of heads hangs down, the body is strong, a garland of skulls binds the body. The two hands hold a vajra and a bell. Named 'Victorious Over the Three Realms'. On the forehead and the heart, this mudra destroys obstacles. The fingers bound in an iron hook, this is the explanation of 'Victorious Over the Three Realms'. Holding a thousand-branched skull, likewise holding a sword and an iron hook. A lasso, a threatening gesture, a wheel, and also holding a precious hammer. A trident, a head, a hand-drum, and holding it on fresh human skin. Wearing a tiger skin garment, obtaining the bliss of self-luminous awareness. Blue, yellow, and also red, the green left face is virtuous. White, blue, and also yellow, the upper face is said to be red. Perfectly endowed with four wrathful ones. Thus it is said. Here, the four wrathful ones will be explained: Desire King Azure, Mighty One, and Immovable Lord. The three are white, green, and red, the fourth is blue-red. Gnashing teeth, a fierce face, with a garland of skulls extending to the right. Subduing the four maras, terrifying with human bone ornaments, agitated by blazing rays of light, embracing with the wisdom of one's own light, looking with wrathful eyes, possessing six arms, the two hands bound with the victorious mudra connecting the forehead, the remaining four hands sequentially holding a hammer, a stake, a trident, a sword. A bell, a skull cup, a vajra, a threatening gesture, wearing a tiger skin, a fierce form with three eyes, thus the four wrathful ones are complete. The yogi who performs the vajra hūṃ (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र हुम्, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Vajra Hūṃ) accomplishes all actions, not just by mantra alone, that is the meaning. Regarding "perfectly endowed with eight forms," the eight forms are shown as messenger mothers residing in the circle of commitment, from the flesh-eating mother, etc., up to the Destroyer of Death Lord Mother. Being endowed with them is being endowed with eight forms. Putting aside for a moment the explanation of the retinue and the Bhagavan, why is the mantra taught? Because that

The mandala made by the glorious Vajra Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), especially for the protection of all sentient beings, it is only reasonable to explain the mantra that has such meaning. From the "Collection of Precious Jewels, Difficult Explanations of the Glorious Chakrasamvara," the thirtieth chapter, which is the chapter on the ritual of collecting mantras for binding pottery.
