The rope for digging the earth is twisted into three strands, smeared with mustard, and securely tied to a branch belonging to the west, naked with hair unbound. While the moon is being devoured by Rahu until it is released, it should be held with the left hand and recited continuously. Then take it down, with the tip facing oneself and the root returning to its original position. Saying "recite once" means adding the suffix "kta" to the essence. Stiffness means contemplating as yellow. The remaining part is easy to understand. It shows that one should meditate on selflessness and what is related to it, saying "do not know" etc. Śrī (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Śrī,auspiciousness) is non-dual wisdom. The wisdom of saying "is" etc. is the wisdom of glorious Heruka. Accomplishment refers to the first of the two meanings. "Pa" means extreme. It means wanting the accomplishment that is particularly desirable to manifest. It is like foolishly beating an empty husk. It means beating something without essence, because the essence is beaten, so completely abandoning what has no essence, and approaching the essence. It is thought that it is precisely because one has grasped this essence-less thing that there is no accomplishment. To show that without the mantra of selflessness, accomplishment cannot be achieved. It is said, "This secret mantra is nothing" etc., with the root mantra. Therefore, it is spoken on the essence of the uncommon mantra. Accomplishment refers to true accomplishment, that is, perfect complete enlightenment. Bliss refers to bliss beyond the world. A person refers to one who abides in that state. To show that without the yoga of the inseparability of means and wisdom, accomplishment cannot be achieved. It is said, "This secret mantra is unknown" etc. Mantra is the yoga of means and wisdom. Completely weary of evil contemplation etc., the characteristic of this is abiding as it is. It is said, "Wanting to practice this secret mantra." It is accomplished by enjoying the five desirable qualities. It is said that because one does not have asceticism etc. The Sugata proclaimed what that mantra is. The Sugata certainly proclaimed this mantra.

Having known it like this, through mantra and mudra, this is the text for practicing the deity born from mantra. "Eating" means eating things like bala. "Drinking" means intoxicating, that is, having the drinking of alcohol. The sound of "etc." refers to licking and sucking, etc. Tsāru is the remainder. The feast is eating. Enjoying that feast is through the sound of sound and taste, etc., that is, grasping form, smell, and touch. By this, if the practitioner makes offerings to himself, then everything is accomplished. By it, becoming all siddhis, that is just so. He abides as he wishes by it, increasing through closely enjoying the realm, and adorned with the wisdom of selflessness. It is said to be the ninth chapter, which proclaims the ritual of the activity of the root mantra. It is the ninth chapter from the Difficult Explanation of the Glorious Chakrasamvara. The Difficult Explanation of the Ninth Chapter.
