Chapter Nine: Explanation of Difficult Points Chapter Nine: Explanation of Difficult Points Since the power of mantras is inexpressible and unchanging, Chapter Nine is taught from "Thereafter" and so on to show this. "Thereafter" means that after collecting the mantras, the activity should be explained. "Supreme" means what is desired in the mind. Why? Because it is said, "Therefore," one will not engage in means without showing the fruit. Since the root mantra is taught in the very beginning, its activity is also taught in the beginning. This is also spoken by the Bhagavan himself. "As it is" means completely gathered. Knowing the order means according to the order. This mantra shows itself as the doer, and whatever little there is in the three worlds, it accomplishes all of it without exception. "In an instant" means after reciting a hundred thousand times. The distinction of the accomplisher is taught as "the doer of all" and so on. "Vaipo" means to be grasped for certain. "All activities" and so on are taught, all nagas mean seeing poison and so on, which are made synonymous. Therefore, it is because it was shown first. All goddesses mean lion, robber, essence of earth, and so on. All yakshas mean those who eat radiance as food, and so on. "The birthplace of all" means the wicked people. The first of the activities, the gods, means those who torment by killing and so on. "Secret" means that the accomplisher separates it from life, and this power is spoken to the wicked ones who dwell within. It should also be understood as having the power to revive. Otherwise, it would be absurd for the compassionate to have no power. Now, showing the power that is not associated with mind, "all clouds" and so on are taught. "Trembling" means to frighten, to shake. It means to make it into pieces. "To cause rain" means to cause rain, and to cause rain means to cause rain from the clouds. The rest is easy to understand. "River" means having a strong current. To the question, "What is this for?" it is answered, "It averts power," and power is a word from the category. Because it is the master, it is power, that is, the master of those with and without mind.

The meaning is to prevent doing what should not be done. To move means to play. Wood, etc., means to make the inanimate like the animate. All mantras, meaning that the power of the mantra enters and can also take away. This shows the stealing of speech. All siddhis are all siddhis such as taking essences, etc., meaning to take away accomplished substances, etc. To make the desired food move means to take what is pleasing from others. To make it return means mantras, etc. The power of the mantra belonging to the body is said to be form, etc., which shows many hands and faces, etc. If desired, if the yogi desires, he sees, and if he does not desire, he does not see, that is, he achieves invisibility, that is, he has the ability to hide the form. Or, with what does one see the form, etc. of the yogi? Then, knowing his thoughts, he shows it to him. Mansions, etc., also show that well-built structures can be destroyed. The word "etc." also refers to vajras and rocky mountains. It has the power to destroy well-built structures. Poison, etc., has the power to transform the nature of things into other natures. The moon is wine, and it makes it water. All, etc., shows the taking away of the smell of wine, etc. By this method, it is shown that the power is achieved separately for each being to be tamed. There is also another explanation: all dragons are all defilements. All play is called all gods in the realm of form, etc. Because it conquers all, it is all yakshas. With a definite word, from the syllable ja upwards. That is also all the senses. The place of birth, that is, the cause of birth, is all places. The action of all siddhis, just remembering is thinking. Killing means purifying. Clouds are the veins of the dakinis, etc. To scatter means to melt. To rain means to rain the mind of enlightenment. To avert means to make them stable.
