Explanation of Chapter Twelve. Explanation of Chapter Twelve. Then the near essence is explained. That is, "Om Hrih Haha Hum Hum Phat," which is the essence that summarizes the actions of meanings such as summoning. A six-petaled lotus, marked with pistils and saffron, adorned with the moon, and decorated with a fine vajra garland. The outer wheel of it is painted like the light of the moon, immaculate. On the six lotuses, write the great knowledge, writing in a circle from the left. That which averts all demonic deeds is called the King of Wheels. On the spokes of that wheel, there are also six yogini essences, with the seventh Heruka in the center. Write with charnel ground ash, human fat, flesh, and one's own semen. Recite the secret mantra king from the mouth. Stretch out the hand towards the direction of attachment, and having contemplated the object to be subdued in front, the yoga enters into samadhi. If subdued by attachment, then even the world of the gods will come, what need is there to mention ordinary people? Or red sandalwood, turnips, and salt, likewise, the footprints of the object to be subdued are combined with earth and planted. Make an image of it, and in an anthill, write the wheel and place it in the heart. Reciting the name of whomever, if meditated upon, then one will surely be able to summon. By this means of accomplishment, one will have power over the lord of the land, wealth, and beings. "Emaciated" means having power. "This, having been completely recited into water," means contemplating the wheel on the hand. "Human blood" refers to the corpse of a hero. "In a vessel" refers to a skull cup. Regarding "listening eye," listening refers to the ear, merely touching it will make the eye sharp, this is found in a border region. "Blood" refers to the blood of the hero's heart, repeatedly soaked and dried in the shade. The "three irons" are as previously stated. "Having been specially placed" refers to the order of the consecration ritual. "Having been placed in the mouth of glorious Heruka" means that on top of the corpse, in a secluded place such as a charnel ground, a mandala is drawn with five colored pigments, and in the center of it, the object to be accomplished is placed, and it is fumigated with gugul incense.

O! This, and so on, called the 'Near Heart Mantra' is clear. Furthermore, at noon, with an angry and arrogant mind, on a cloth from a cemetery or on a leaf of the Arka tree, with a pen made of human bone, with fierce substances such as charcoal and poison as previously shown, draw the wheel as instructed. Make an image of the person to be cursed with ashes from the cemetery, and place it in the heart. Smear it with poison and heat it repeatedly, the body will be struck by heat and fall to the ground. Bury it in the cremation ground, drive a peg of human bone into the heart, and fill all the joints with thorns. Pour hot water into the heart, and one will experience great suffering and die. Alternatively, take mustard seeds that have grown on a corpse, and after mentioning someone's name, strike the image, that person will die immediately, or the body will be afflicted with plague. If washed with milk, one will be freed again. On a cloth from a cemetery, draw a wheel with mustard or ivy, mix red sandalwood powder, poison, salt, and the dust of the footprints of the person to be cursed with iron powder. Wrap it in cloth, dig a hole about eight fingers wide at a crossroads, recite the mantra containing the enemy's name seven times and bury it, that person will be bound for as long as they live. If taken out and washed with milk, one will return to normal. Make an image of the person to be cursed with the ashes of a person with moles who has been cremated, write the person's name and the wheel, place it in the heart, and strike it seven times while reciting the same ashes, that person will be controlled. To cause someone to be infected with plague, write someone's name and draw a wheel in the heart of a demon, that person will be infected. To cause abdominal pain, use the brain of a demon. To cause forgetfulness, draw the wheel of wind and clouds. To nail down, use a three-pronged knot. For poison and leprosy, use the intestines. Whatever planet it is, write it within the sign of the planet, and it will be controlled. What is called 'Ashes of the Fire Offering' is, make an image with the ashes of the medicine fire offering as previously shown, place the wheel in its heart, and mention someone's name.
