Like a mother, at the time of explaining pills day and night. At the juncture of six days, the sound of the realm is abandoned to the ear, what is called 'to the ear' is the word of the scripture, the meaning of the fifth is the seventh. At the juncture of five days, the taste will also surely leave the mouth, that is, be abandoned from the tongue. At the juncture of four days, the eyeball leaves from the middle of the eye. At the juncture of three days, the smell leaves from the nose. At the juncture of two days, the warm object, that is, the nature of touch, is lost from the body of people's hands and feet. In the final day and night, the seminal fluid of the Dharma realm moves, and the wheel of breath is also abandoned. Within six days, other signs of death are also proclaimed. Here, if one is extremely inclined towards the death of the body, then One's own tip of the nose droops, seeing it as the shape of an elephant's trunk, and placing one's hand on one's own head, seeing its nature, not seeing it as subtle. Likewise, even if the palms of both hands are thoroughly smeared with safflower color, the skin of the palms does not turn red, and seeing the sun as black, and seeing the full rabbit-bearer, that is, the full fish-moon as yellow, is at the juncture of six days. Thereafter, on whichever day the urine and body also become cold, that day is death itself, what is called the lord of men is the Tibetan. At the juncture of six days, other signs of death are also proclaimed. Here, oppressed by untimely death, the black lines under the tongue become extremely black. Likewise, in the eye, the lines of Brahma, extremely subtle, lines of the size of hair, that is, separating the mandala of black and red. The breath radiates in the path of the sun and moon, the cheeks tremble, likewise, the upper part of the breast enters the armpit, that is, the veins above the breast enter the armpit, and all the hosts of stars are invisible, seen as with sparks, and its neck and body, that is, with hands and feet stiff and without mind, and also the cycle, these are said to be the signs of death of the body, thus it is desired, thus it is proclaimed. Furthermore, the person of the shadow, etc., of the body or external environment, goes out slightly.

The yogi should recognize all inverted views as signs of death. Knowing this, one should perform generosity and other virtuous deeds. If one lives by the power of merit, that is good; but if one is to die, one will still enjoy the fruits of what one has given. Therefore, in either case, those who seek happiness, the Tathagatas, should give generously. This is the certainty of the Bhagavan. The twelfth thousandth chapter of the Vimalaprabha, a commentary on the Condensed King of Tantras, the Kalachakra, which follows the Root Tantra, is the fourth, a great summary of the signs of death and the explanation of the root. Fourth: A Great Summary of the Signs of Death and the Explanation of the Root.
