Then, a vast torma should be offered to the guardians of the directions and others. Whoever possesses such a mandala, will attain siddhis as desired. In this life or the next, therefore, one should be endowed with these. It is also said that butchers, bamboo craftsmen, and others who consider killing as their main purpose, even they, if they know Hevajra, will achieve accomplishment without doubt. Thus it is said. The foundation and consecration, as well as the fire offering, mandala, and wealth, all these, the Vajradharas say, belong to the power of the guru. It is said in the glorious Hevajra Tantra that if there is an incomplete ritual, in order to complete it, the collected tantras are relied upon for the ritual. Having tasted the essence born from the lotus feet of the glorious Zhip Zangpo, from the treasury of profound instructions and precious jewels, with this precious arising mandala of the glorious blood-drinking one, may I, the sun-born one, provide a cool shade for beings. Because of the well-combined arising mandala of the glorious Heruka, may faults be eliminated and virtue greatly increase in me. May all beings be free from afflictions, and may the lotus feet of the glorious blood-drinking one be revered by gods, asuras, and humans.
