ཅག་གིས་དགྱེས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ། ཅི་འབྱོར་བའི་མཆོད་པ་དང༌། སྦྱིན་སྲེག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་པས། བདག་དང་ཡོན་བདག་དང་ཚེ་འདས་པ་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་བྱང༌། ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་ཏེ། འདི་ཉིད་དུ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ལ། འདོད་པའི་དོན་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་བོ། །དཔལ་དགྱེས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ་ཕྲིན་ལས་སུ་གསོལ་བ་ནི་བདག་ཅག་དང༌། ཡོན་གྱི་བདག་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་ནད་ཀྱི་རིགས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་རླུང་དང༌། མཁྲིས་པ་དང༌། བད་ཀན་དང༌། འདུས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག །གདོན་གྱི་རིགས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་གདོན་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་ལས་ཐར་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག །འཕྲལ་གྱི་རྐྱེན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །དེ་ནས་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བདག་དུས་སྙིགས་མའི་སེམས་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་པས་ཡོ་བྱད་མ་ཚོགས་པ་དང༌། བདག་ལས་དང་པོ་པར་གྱུར་པས་སེམས་ལ་དབང་མ་ཐོབ་སྟེ། བྱིང་བ་དང་རྒོད་པའི་དབང་གིས་མི་གསལ་བ་དང༌། ཆོ་ག་ཉམས་ཤིང་ལྷག་ཆད་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཟོད་པ་ཆེན་པོར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །དེ་ནས་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་མེ་ལྷ་ལ་ཅི་འབྱོར་བའི་མཆོད་པ་དང༌། བསྲེག་རྫས་ལྷག་མ་རྣམས་ཕུལ་ཏེ། འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བསྟོད་ལ། འདོད་པའི་དོན་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ། །དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བདག་གིས་ཅི་འབྱོར་བའི་མཆོད་པ་དང༌། སྦྱིན་སྲེག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་པས་བདག་ཅག་གི་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ནད་ཀྱི་རིགས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། འཕྲལ་གྱི་རྐྱེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ་ལོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདིའི་ཚེ་རིང་བ་དང༌། བསོད་ནམས་དང༌། དཔལ་དང་འབྱོར་པ་དང་གཟི་བརྗིད་རྣམས་ནི་ཟླ་བ་ཡར་གྱི་ངོ་བཞིན་འཕེལ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ་ལོ། །བཟོད་པར་གསོལ་ཏེ། བདག་གིས་ཡོ་བྱད་མ་འབྱོར་པ་དང་ཆོ་ག་ཉམས་ཤིང་འཁྲུལ་བ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ་རྣམས་ནི་བཟོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ་ལོ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ལ་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ་ལོ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཕྱགས་ལ་ཆུ་བོ་ཆེན་པོར་དོར་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་རུས་བ་བསྡུས་ནས་ས་ཚ་གདབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་རུས་པའམ་གོས་སམ་མིང་བྱང་ལ། ས་ཚ་གདབ་ཅིང་དབང་བསྐུར་བྱ། ཞེས་འབྱུང་བས་ས་ཚའི་ཆོ་ག་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་བཏབ་པ་ལ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་དབང་བསྐུར་ཏེ། རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་དགུག་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས། རང་གི་ལྷར་བྱས་ལ་སྡིག་པ་བཤགས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། རིག་པའི་དབང་ལྔ་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་དང་དྲུག་བསྐུར་རོ། །སྡོམ་པ་འབོགས་པར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། ཤེས་པ་ཀུན་དུ་ཟིན་ཀྱང་དབང་པོ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །རོ་སྲེག་ཆོ་ག་ བདག་གིས་ནི། །བྱས་པའི་དགེ་བ་གང་བསགས་པ། །དེས་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །དྲི་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོབ་བར་ཤོག །རོ་སྲེག་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སློབ་དཔོན་ནག་པོས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་ནག་པོ་དང༌། འགོས་ལྷས་བཙས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ། ། སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གི་ཆོ་ག ནག་པོ་པས་མཛད།

我等以喜金刚及其眷属，以力所能及的供品和焚烧来供养，愿我和施主、亡者和一切众生的两种障碍得以清净，二资粮圆满，在此获得无上正等觉，如此祈愿，并祈祷所愿之事。向吉祥喜金刚及其眷属祈请事业，愿我和施主们，所有由疾病引起的风、胆、痰以及混合引起的疾病都得以平息。愿从八万种魔障中解脱。祈请平息所有突发的不利因素。然后祈求宽恕。我等处于五浊恶世，资具不全，又因我等初学者，心未得自在，因昏沉和掉举而不明朗，祈请宽恕所有仪轨缺失和增减之处。然后祈请返回本位。然后向火神献上力所能及的供品和剩余的焚烧物，并赞颂名为世间自在者等，并祈祷所愿之事。大仙人，我以力所能及的供品和焚烧来供养您，祈请您平息我们所有不利的疾病、魔障和突发的不利因素。祈请使此世间的寿命、福德、财富、荣耀和光辉如上弦月般增长。祈求宽恕，祈请您宽恕我等资具不全和仪轨缺失及错误之处，如此说并祈请返回本位。坛城扫净后应丢入大河中。然后收集骨灰并制作擦擦。然后在骨灰、衣服或名牌上制作擦擦并进行灌顶。如是说，因此应如法制作擦擦，并在坛城中进行灌顶，以迎请神识为先导，将自己视为本尊，进行忏悔等，并进行五种明智灌顶和苦行。

We offer to Hevajra and his retinue with offerings and burnt offerings to the best of our ability. May the two obscurations of myself, the patrons, the deceased, and all sentient beings be purified, and may the two accumulations be perfected. May we attain the unsurpassed great enlightenment in this very life. Thus we pray and supplicate for our desired goals. We beseech the activities of glorious Hevajra and his retinue, may all diseases of wind, bile, phlegm, and their combinations that arise for us and the patrons be pacified. May we be liberated from the eighty thousand types of demons. We beseech you to pacify all immediate adverse circumstances. Then we ask for forgiveness. Since I am a sentient being of the degenerate age, the necessary items are incomplete, and since I am a beginner, I have not gained control over my mind, and due to sinking and excitement, it is unclear. Please forgive all deficiencies and excesses in the ritual. Then we ask you to depart. Then offer the remaining offerings and burnt substances to the fire god to the best of your ability, and praise the one called the Lord of the World, etc., and pray for your desired goals. Great sage, I offer you offerings and burnt offerings to the best of my ability. Please pacify all unfavorable diseases, demons, and immediate adverse circumstances. Please increase the longevity, merit, wealth, glory, and splendor of this world like the waxing moon. We ask for forgiveness, please forgive any incomplete items and deficiencies and errors in the ritual, thus saying and asking to depart. The mandala should be swept and thrown into a great river. Then collect the ashes and make a tsa-tsa. Then make a tsa-tsa on the ashes, clothes, or nameplate and perform the empowerment. As it is said, the ritual of making a tsa-tsa should be performed properly, and empowerment should be given in the mandala. Preceded by invoking the consciousness, consider yourself as the deity, perform confession, etc., and perform the five wisdom empowerments and asceticism.
